I'm totally not happy with Mweb service, ever since they took over Zoom. Their app support is not helpful and their call center support, you will be lucky if you get through without running out of airtime. Zoom was much better in response when it comes to technical problems. For the money that I pay, I'm not happy at all.
Great experience with them for all the years I have used their service. Good on delivery and customer service.
I have heard bad stories about Telkom and I must say they are a horrible business. I have been trying to change banking details for months through their agents and online, but every month they debit the old account. The worst is I payed my account earlier than the debit day. On the 25th they went to the old account and it bounced cause there were no funds, meaning that if there were funds. I would have payed double. They have the audacity to charge me for bounced debit order while they got payment for that,so I'm punished for paying my account early?
My mother has been using this insurance and for as long as she encountered problems on the road. 1st for women has always been there. I know car insurances are not that reputable but great service.
Had a great experience and service with this company. They explained every step of the process, though the whole thing is daunting but it felt like I was doing the right thing for my future. Along with Hyphen, they handled my case well.
I bought a second hand car in June 2021 and I took a Motovantage maintainance plan. I hardly drove the car because of the petrol hikes and have been paying the premiums ever since. Last year December while preparing to drive home, I took the car for service. Before I could even get there the belt snapped. Took it for repairs and claimed, they refused to pay. Telling me about a pre-delivery service that was not done which aacording to my knowledge the car went for service a month or two before I bought it, they paid half of the R11000. Missed Jan premium and they sent me an email informing me that they will deduct the amount when I claim. Payed my Feb premium, now that I make a claim this month(March) they say they have suspended my account. I very much disgusted cause I wouldn't have known this and they would keep deducting from my bank account for services I would not receive because of their suspension. I work so hard to scammed by these crooks(insurance) who embezzle our money just to leave us hanging.
Stor-age Berea are crooks who have been over charging me for months. Every month end I pay more than the documented instalments and when I query it, I’m told it’s charges either for late payments( debit order) or they didn’t get the amount they tried to debit. I didn’t have proof that time when one of their consultants called querying about payment not received. According to our agreement, the monthly rental was R1099 but according to them it was R1199 of which they have been deducting all along. I took my things cause I wasn’t going to continue doing business with crooks, even then they called to say I owe them and they took my deposit. As if the trauma of my house burning, these companies I seek help from *****ed me up.
Budget gave me an great service, I had few incidences where I was stuck on the road and they came to my rescue. When on our first lockdown, I informed them of the financial difficulties and not using my car during that time. They gave me some options and promised to check up on my financial situation a month later, of which they did and understood my decision. The consultant I was dealing with was very helpful and understanding, it's a pity I don't remember her name.
So disappointed by SA Home Loans and it's insurance. My house burnt down last year December, everything seems to be working well and they even predicted a date of when they will start the repairs and also predicted finishing time. After spending half of the time in B&B's, they asked me to look for a place that will be equivalent to the rent I would get for the house the same size as mine. I did all that and sent them the quotes and they approved, cause I was asked to find rental for 4 months. The only payment I received was that of the remaining days for December. Come January I was homeless on the streets of Durban, I was driving around with my suitcase, changing in toilets so that I could go to work. A friend of mine took me into her crowded home, since I was desperate I took the offer just to have a roof over my head. I emailed, called and even went to their offices in La Lucia but was told by the security that no visitors were allowed. The person asigned to my case doesn't even answer my calls. I'm staying at Folweni and traveling to work is killing my pocket. I don't hear anything from them except for a sms to notify of a person coming to the house and an email notifying of the insurance increase by the 1st of April. Nothing on when or if they will repair my house.
I thought Telkom mobile was good till I had an unforseen circumstance and I missed last month's payment. This month I have made 3 payments but they say I still owe them. I explained till I lost my breath to the consultant that I have paid the missed payment with it's charges, they still debited my account twice. To my surprise I still owe them and their consultants can't explain why I still owe after making double payments for December. How can their system be that slow that I chooses to update 1 of the 3 payments made on the same day, beats me. Hearing from other Telkom customers that it's how they operate, disappoints me.
