Claim keeps on being rejected due to our plan not having Casualty benefit. We are on the Elite 500 option. Our brochure states a Casualty benefit. I send the brochure to the person handling the claim but with no luck.
Waiting for my truck body to get fitted. I was informed it will be done last week Friday wich was not the case. Then I was told this week Wednesday (tomorrow) Today the salesman informs me that it will only be done by Friday. I am losing money in my company as these people are dragging their feet. Never in my life would I want to hear these body builders names again and I will NOT recommend them to anyone. Owners dont call you back so dont even try.
I made a reservation at a guesthouse in Harrismith. I received no confirmation. I phoned the guesthouse to confirm the booking but they were not aware of any booking and had no availability. I had to arrange for another place to stay at 18h00 at night on my way to Harrismith. I am disappointed in the service and would not recommend it to anyone. I have send numerous emails. I phoned but they dont take calls because of National Lockdown. Hallo we are at Level 2.
I have send a mail to cancel the line because my grandfather passed away. I phoned again as the lady told me that i have to fill in a form. I am still waiting for the email. Almost a month now and the line is still open but i dont use it so they keep charging for the package cost.. They can go fish for their money in the Atlantic.
