I ordered items online and they have not even acknowledge my order. Upon follow-up I discovered that they are not even operational. I have been struggling to get hold of them and get my refund. No communication whatsoever, just pocket the money then silence. What a ****.
I bought some items online on the 26th of December 2023, to date I have not received my order. I tried several times to contact them and they sent me an email with a WhatsApp number that respond with pre-recorded standard and irrelevant answers and questions. It is so disappointing that they don't seem to care for their clients. No feedback nothing.
Sometimes last month I saw a car I liked on online and made a deposit of the required R5000 to bid online. The car was at thier Midstream branch in Centurion. Unfortunately, when I got to the branch the car was reserved for another client. I didn't have a problem with that but I expected to get the deposit refunded. It's has been almost a month now trying to get a refund. I have exhausted every evenue but still no help. I went to the branch and no Salesperson was willing to assist (as there is no financial gain) until a Guy named Christo at branch was allocated by the manager to assist me. I was promised the money will be in my account in 72hrs but no money was paid. I went back to the branch after two weeks to enquire, but still promises. This week I decided to escalate the matter to their Customer Care only to be told that they cannot assist with EFT payments. This after they re-requested proof of payment, multiple screenshots, certified copies of ID etc. I am now referred back to the branch where they failed to assist me in the first place. A big dealership like this taking me from pillar to post for a mere R5000, that's reflect in my account with them. So disappointing...
I purchased items online on 7 September to date I have not received my order with no clear indication of when the goods will be delivered to me. Their service is really terrible and disappointing to say the least...

I recently bought a car at We Buy Cars' Silverlakes branch and the experience was awesome. I was assisted by Jonas Mawhayi who was very professional from the beginning to the end. In a matter of an hour the whole process was completed and I drove out with a smile on my face. Keep it up!!!
