Thabang the incredible
Sometimes insurance will get the better of you and then there are superheroes like Thabang that will give you a detailed explanation and solutions that make sense. Today he made me stay with Discovery and gave me valid reasons that financially make sense to assist me in getting the cover I needed at the price that I wanted without compromising my cover.

Kurt’s great service and knowledge is amazing.
About a 7 years ago I moved into my offices and there were roaches 🪳 and occasionally a small mouse. He said the area is prone to that because it’s an industrial area after spraying and leaving me with some bait boxes he also left me with a few tips and things so should do to keep them out. I’m still in the building and haven’t needed his help for 7 years. They are knowledgeable and very patient. His professional and knows just what you will need to do his admin lady is also great. You will never hear extra costs she is honest.

I’ll start by explaining it’s the longest wait from an ER you can possibly get. The doctors at the ER are horrible I’ve been sitting with a sick child that has a high temperature for over an hour. They seem to be on a go slow I was attended by a nurse Leo who was chewing gum while asking me questions about my son. She sat me in a room and another hour later when I ask her she says the Doctor is busy. I wish I would have known.

Not too long ago I gave them a good rating. Now I had to deal with a horrible Shané Nel who has been pulling me from pillar to post. I’ve complimented the staff for loving their jobs but Ms Shane Nel had no time, She gave me attitude when I asked to speak to her supervisor to get case sorted she told me her Supervisor Charmaine is aware of the case and I should send an email. I finally get why people complain about the whole insurance company cause I bet if I had gotten Shane Nel in my first case I would have changed my insurance a long time ago. It’s been 10 days of no reply, calling her for 4 times then today she still didn’t knw who I am after I’ve emailed her and called her. To me she came off as ****** and uncaring with a high level of disregard.

From putting in a claim to correcting policy issues. You are amazing. I’ve been insured since 2009 Started with outsurance Then First for women but it have to say This has been my longest most successful relationship where I feel like I get the best. Thank you Wendy

Bedfordcentre ASAp
I’m sure the ASAP seemed like a good idea only problem is the shoppers don’t get it right. The delivery takes 2 hours only for you to not get halve of what you wanted. Then they give credit instead of refunds which is just the cherry on top cause now you don’t have what you needed and your money isn’t even available for you to go get what you needed. I regret this whole experience.

The Worst service and stay
East London ICC Is doing renovations and their services are so limited that they offer a horrible stay. There is no WiFi and room service is a no go too . Worst of all Due to their renovations my car got scratched now it's been a back and forth for the past 2 weeks about whos fault it is. There is no parking, No room Service now this also means no one will take out the trash till you leave, limited menu.its like being at a bed and breakfast but paying for a hotel.

Surprise money to be paid
I really wish I read these comments before moving to them.they are really a horrible horrible insurance company I really hope the next person doesn’t take them because they really don’t have the understanding of what insurance is at all and no customer service.the list goes on and you think you are saving but no you have to pay surprise amount that is really In your policy.i wish I could give them a -5 in actual fact.
