My mom bought a car on her name for me from Penta in 2022 - a Suzuki Spresso. According to the contract the service plan was 4year/60000km which was stated clearly as expiring 06 June 2026 or 60 000km which ever comes first. I however did not travel the 15 000km every year and serviced it based on the years. They however indicated in year 1 that it is the 15 000km service and in year 2 the 30 000km service when I was far from that kilometres needed. Now they say I am at the 60 000km because it was serviced a 4th time but I am not on 60 000km yet but now they do not want to service my vehicle. This is unacceptable.
I am very frustrated with ABSA. I am behind on some of my personal loans installments where I have an arrangement with 2 of the 3 and is in process of making an arrangement on the last one. AGAIN ABSA went and deducted R4,936.32 from my account without my permission. I see this as theft as I did not approve ANY deduction and 2 of my loans have debit orders set up whilst I am negotiating with Shackleton Credit Management for the last debit order. This is UNACCEPTABLE and I will not stand for this. I will close my ABSA account after I have received the refund which is not negotiable. This has happened before and they keep on doing it unauthorised. I will also contact the Ombudsman as this is *****.
ABSA keeps on deducting R 50 from my bank account for a bank statement I did not request. I cannot use my own airtime to phone every time to get this resolved. ABSA keeps on taking my money without authorization and I will close my bank account due to this reason.
I am very frustrated with ABSA. Today the collections department decided to do a journal debit for R 2,407 for my personal loan which I did not authorise. They have been deducting monthly an amount of R250/R500 which I did not have a problem with. Now they decided to take all my money taking food out of my mouth. I feel this is unacceptable as I did not authorise any amount for deduction and I need to dispute this. I did phone ABSA but was transferred to 10 different departments with nobody being able to assist. ABSA does not have the authority to just deduct any amount they want. I will take this to the Ombudsman if not resolved
I am frustrated with ABSA. Last month they deducted R 6000 from my current account for my credit card thats in arrears. I then made an arrangement to pay R 250 per month which I did adhere to. Now AGAIN they decided to deduct R 1200 after they PROMISED they would not deduct again if I made an arrangement. AGAIN they are going against their word. This is unacceptable and not what was agreed. It is theft to just keep on taking my money when I adhered to our agreement. UNACCEPTABLE.
I am an ABSA customer and very disappointed with the bank that is supposed to be my bank. I am in arrears with my credit card but have been paying a small amount every month. They however decided to go and deduct R 5400 from my cheque account without my permission. I see that as *****. Now they took all my money and literally the food from my mouth. If ABSA can just transfer my money as they please I would rather close my account as I cannot see that it is acceptable to transfer my funds without my permission.
I am very frustrated with Discovery. Last month my membership was suspended even though I did make an EFT payment. After a lot of trouble and time this was corrected. This month I sent through my proof of payment for the January2024 contribution paid on 21 December 2023. Now I get an email stating that the amount was allocated to my December membership even though my membership for December was paid and allocated after all the issues. How is this even possible that the contribution for January 2024 can be allocated to December AGAIN? Now my membership is again suspended even though I made payment in advance. This is ridiculous for a big company like Discovery and very frustrating that I have to struggle this much to just get my contributions allocated.
I made a payment for R 2739 on 27 November for my medical aid contribution. I used the bank details that was emailed to me by a discovery official. It has been 2weeks since my payment was made and the payment has not been allocated and my membership suspended. How long does it take to allocate a payment? It is unacceptable that I have suspended membership even though I paid my contribution on time.
I am very frustrated with Finchoice. It was always so seemless and easy to apply for a loan. This time however there is a huge time delay. I have phoned several times just to hear that the application is in progress. It now has been a week since I app**** and I have had no phone call from Finchoice and no feedback regarding the application.
I made a payment for R 2232 on 3July for my medical aid contribution. I used the bank details that was emailed to me by a discovery official. I furthermore send the proof of payment on the website at Get Help but still my cover is stopped and nothing is happening. Its been 2weeks and no allocation of my payment has been made which is utterly unacceptable.
