My niece went to chicken Licken in Tembisa * sangweni * and I bought two hot wings meal.We went to sit down waiting for our order.My niece was feeling thirsty and stood up to as the cashier for a glass of TAP WATER.The cashier said she will ask at the back and to her return she said they refused and suggested she buy the bottle water.I was so disappointing that they refused to give her TAP WATER especially after we have bought from them.I still dont understand why did they refuse to give her TAP WATER.
After receiving good service from bank city(16/01/19), I called Newcastle mall branch to book for my dad.I spoke to a lady she said she was very busy and she took down my number and said she will call me back.Its been a week and I am still waiting for her call.

A friend bought me a diary form Christmas and I loved every thing about it and started planing for my year 2019.When I reached the 8th of February the month had suddenly changed to March.I laughed about it and decided I will call the printers when businesses have open.I called (8/01/19) the printers spoke to a lady explained the story and she seemed to understood I even sent her a video of what I was telling her.She went on saying she has two diaries that she can give me and so I choose one. She explained that they are busy with back to school stock however she will try and deliver it for me and so I explained to her my off days and she agreed to sent it thru. On the 15th I sent a message and no respond 16th same thing.Today is the 21st and I am still waiting
I bought a pair of shoes for my daughter Friday 13/3/2015 and when I got home the were a size too small for her. On Monday 16/03/2015 I went back to the same shop to exchange them however the slip was half as it was stapled outside the plastic packed and it was damaged ion the process. I spoke to a lady Mercy that tried to help me and she asked he manager and he/she just said no its wont be possible to help me.mercy put me though costumer service where I spoke to Mpho she said they cant help me .I am not stuck with a new pair of shoes that my child cant wear. What am I to do with these shoes
I bought a car last year june and was instructed by the insurance to install the unit.I installed the unti and ever since that day it has been having a problem. I went to the alberton branch to have it fixed and the said it my battery.I bought a new battery but the problem continued. I went again to the branch and the technicians were too busy and was asked to come back some another day.I work shifts so I don't have enough time during the week.Some time in December 2013 I called the call center to check the unit if its tracking and was told I will be sent an email but I am still waiting.last month I went to the branch at 8h30 in the morning I dropped the car and was told to come back later.At 14h00 I went back to the branch and my car was never touched and was told the technicians are not enough. I was not happy I spent the at the mall hoping that my car unit will fixed Haaaa ! im still waiting .Sad part is I am paying for this every month.The lady at the branch said she will arrange for someone to come to me and have the unit fixed guess what its been weeks and I am still waiting .
