“Thank you” feels like such a small word, but today it carries incredible weight. My heart isn’t big enough to express how deeply grateful I am! The FDC Group is beyond comprehension! Nobody wants to admit that they got themselves into financial difficulty. FDC do not judge, they simply do what you need the most in a time of desperate need and that is reach out and help, and not just in the beginning, all the way until the end of your debt review journey. Just under 5 years ago, i was in such a bad place and FDC reached out to me as if sent by a higher power. As the years went by Chanene came on my path and one would think that getting through debt review is a happy day and needs celebration, but i am actually feeling sad to think that our journey has ended. She was my light in the dark, the angel on my long road—the one who climbed that mountain in stilettos and came out on top to show the world that nothing is impossible! I also want to mention Bridget with whom i corresponded with on many occasions. Another angel who kept me going and sane through many difficult times. This company and their staff are by far just simply the best! Thank you FDC, you are beyond amazing! #BlackFriday
Did you know that this business closed last year in September and is still advertising their business in sales and auctioning vehicles. We have just bee ****med out of R20 000.00 by a so called employer of this company. He is now not contactable and the premises is locked up and for sale. Thank you Cash f-up Auctions for making us part of the ever growing crime statistics in SA!! Shameless!!!!
Good day, How can you book a bus ticket get Confirmation in e-mail that the booking is secure 24 hours prior to departure only to get there (Park station in Johannesburg)and told you are not booked for the trip and then after asking around at the ticket collection point that you were pointed to the incorrect terminal and incorrect bus and thus missed your bus to the original destination. When calling the Interbus customer service they confirmed that it is a valid ticket and that the person was not supposed to have been shown away, but hey sorry can do nothing about it! How utterly shocking, not to mention bad customer service and the fact that their staff is not accommodating to assist a person clearly not familiar with the surroundings and with a language barrier. This is not the type of service one expect from a good, honest, reputable business that you used many times before and referred customers to. They left us in a huge unreconcilable situation which will result in more expenses which they will most likely not give a hoot about because they got their money!! Totally disappointed and if it can be helped, never use this service ever again!! Now an airline ticket must be purchased to get the person at his destination in time due to their incompetence and lack of service. Who will cover that extra cost, time and money lost due to accommodation that could not be honored? I was told a complaint was logged Ref Nr. C132717 by Samantha and that it will take 7 days to get back to me and this is not even guaranteed a refund. I have absolutely no trust in any form of service in this entire Country anymore!! Sandton Office: I am appalled at the attitude and dismissiveness of this licensing office and in particular a person by the name of Marie working in the administration department. No one was prepared to give me the light of day and assist me. When I approached her to find out why customers are not advised that if they have outstanding traffic fines when renewing their drivers license and cannot make payment immediately they are not told that the fines must be paid within 2 weeks and if not the whole process must start over again, meaning that you have to get an eye test done again (At your own cost - R50.00), try to find a booking which is absolutely impossible on the NATIS site, which means that you have to go through other avenues such as Post Net or 3@1 to make a booking for you at R150.00 a booking, take time off work because masking a booking means nothing, you still wait in a queue. So before you even got to the licensing department you spent R200.00 and the permit and License cost R300.00, so out of Pocket by R500.00! She further more told me that this is not made public due to customers taking advantage of this and will result in longer queues due to non-appointment customers going straight to the pay point to make payment. (With only 3 tellers for 150 people waiting). Her excuses were mediocre and she started to get aggressive. She then played the Covid Card and I told her that is the reason I could not come back sooner, that I did not know as I was not advised of the 2 weeks period and due to that office not being sanitized at all I ended up in hospital with Covid double pneumonia for 24 days. I was very calm and collected at that stage until she started shouting at me about knowing nothing about Covid and her boss being deadly ill with Covid still working (Totally against WHO and Covid protocol - must isolate for 10 days and not be at work - putting every body in harms way). She poked her finger in my face and shouted at me that 2 of her colleagues Enoch and Peter who were sitting there stood up and walked over to find out what was going on. I became very emotional and she walked away to a balcony to smoke. The colleagues assisted me further upon which she came back and poked her finger in my face again and said I put words in her mouth. I asked her to go away and to stop poking her finger in my face and chuffed her finger away. The 2 colleagues asked her to rather go away as she is making things worse. I suggest you keep Marie away from customers as far as possible as she is not fit to work with public. I suppose nothing will come of this, but I thought it good for the public to be warned against the Marie's of the world!
Ons almal is geraak deur die Covid -19 inperking verlede jaar en dit is al holrug gery, maar sommige van ons wat nie -essentiele dienste gelewer het nie was baie drasties deur dit geraak in so 'n mate dat besighede toegemaak is, huise verloor is en krediet rekords uiters negatief beinvloed is en dit is waar Charl Coetzee en sy span in my storie inkom. Ek was op die laagste van die laagste plek in my lewe en kon die oproepe en dreigemente net nie meer vat nie, toe ek 'n oproep van Charl ontvang. Hy het my van die begin tot die einde van die proses gehelp en help my nogsteeds. As dit nie vir hom was nie, was alles nogsteeds 'n gemors en ek dalk al of opgesluit of in 'n malhuis:-) Freedom is die mees verstaanbare, empatieke en opregte skuldberadings besighied wat seker bestaan. Hulle is onbeskryflik profesioneel, oordeel nie en laat jou nogsteeds goed voel afgesien van al die finansiele drama. Baie dankie aan julle almal maar in besonder Charl!!
