Disgusting service. You order online and pay for toners and then are told an entire week later that they do not have stock of the toners I requested and are waiting for stock to come in. Needless to say they have my money and now they do not care whether I am unhappy or not!!! Although I have used them previously, this will sure as hell be the last time!!!! To top it all, they were running a special on their toners. So how an earth do you sell items at a discounted price if you do not have stock. Just beyond my imagination and brain power.
Vodacom Fibre's service when you have a problem is pathetic. So we have given instruction for our fibre connection to be turned off on 18 October 2020 and like normal human beings we gave a month notice of same. Needless to say Vodacom fibre turned our fibre connection off on 1 October (17 days before). I immediately logged a call and discussed the issue with their contact centre (that is after holding on for half an hour). I did not receive a reference and was cut off prior to the call being ended. I phoned again the next day and then received a reference number as was told that the call was never logged. Again I spent about an hour on the phone. I was told that the line would be reinstated and it will take approximately 24 hours to be done. On the 2nd of October I called again in the afternoon (after having received an order complete sms) as the line was still not working. The call was closed but the line is not up and running. Once again spent longer than an hour on the phone and was promised a call back. Today is the 4th of October and needless to say my line is still down not due to any fault of ours. They cut the line on the incorrect date and it is now our problem as to however long it will take to restore. Needless to say, it is a massive problem as people are still working from home.
