PATHETIC CITY OF TSHWANE
This is the worst and most incompetent municipality in the country. I've dealt with a number of municipalities but City of Tshwane steals the crown. They have a portal which is never up to date with statements. I've raised queries on my billing from 2019, never received a single response. Some institutions do not deserve to exist

PATHETIC SERVIE AND TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE
Mweb is the most pathetic business. They do not deserve to exist. I can barely remember a time when I was assisted the first time with this company. I have spent over 55 minutes trying to get help on a simple request. Firstly, my calls were dropped a number of times, eventually when I when I managed to speak to a consultant, I was transferred to 7 different people and I still could not be assisted. Shameful

Atrocious Service
Very unprofessional and unethical. I booked accommodation at the Savannah Park Luxury accommodation two weeks ago and they sent an invoice two weeks later and in a space of a few minutes after receiving the invoice, I received a cancellation. When I called the establishment, I was told the place is fully booked but they will cancel a customer that hasn’t paid. I was shocked because I think, that is precisely what they did to me. I told the manager that I do not want the accommodation at another customer’s expense and she got irate with me and told me that she had nothing further to discuss. Amazing
