At this property they threaten customers to barr them from the Property for lodging their concerns and dissatisfaction with them.They even refuse to change the dates of arrival strictly because they aren't desperate to make money.Customers don't mean anything to them,once they charged you,they no longer care about you as a customers.I would never recommend any one to book at this Property if they don't want to loose their money.

The receptionist/security guard is useless, makes you wait over 30 minutes to check-in, then upon getting in, taxis are parked throughout this place, looks like a ****** township. Looks like a scene from Pretoria, Sunnyside. Then walking up the stairs, you could see the place hasn’t been cleaned in ages, the room is ridiculously tiny and the fridge door handle was broken! The bed is tiny and the view is terrible. This is not a luxury apartment at all, FAR from it!! Terrible!!

The receptionist/security guard is useless, makes you wait over 30 minutes to check-in, then upon getting in, taxis are parked throughout this place, looks like a ****** township. Looks like a scene from Pretoria, Sunnyside. Then walking up the stairs, you could see the place hasn’t been cleaned in ages, the room is ridiculously tiny and the fridge door handle was broken! I'm highly disgusted by this hotel admin i booked the accommodation with the hotel and did Electronic funds Transfer to the hotel for my hotel stay that was supposed to be on the 30 July and i cancelled due to covid restrictions done by our president and also the were war happening some parts of Durban so we couldn't travel, i cancelled on the 16July 2021. I called on the 16 before cancelation and I spoke to one of the admin lady and I was adviced to cancel yes I'll get my refund. i called the hostel and i was told to contact booking.com so that they fully refund me. I asked for Booking.com contacts I was told to look for it myself they cant help to go google for that, I did google I couldnt find any. i need to be refunded fully as the cancellation was beyond our control. I stay in JHB and we were moved to level 4. now i have issue in getting my funds back. i dont what else to do im giving them 2days to have this query resolved because i cancelled before 14days!!!

I write this email at 2am with utmost disgust and disappointment. I am currently checked-in at unit 131 Savannah Park. It is the second consecutive night that we are disturbed by unit 130 guests/residents. The doors are being slammed, music is ridiculously loud, glasses are being broken in the stairway (see picture attached), Almost animal-like, and uncouth behaviour one would experience in a Shebeen!!! What makes me even more frustrated is the lack of control and security offered by Savannah Park. 1. I’ve reported this to security who could barely understand English. 2. I’ve then left my unit, drove to the security guard-house to escalate the issue and the manager (Mr Khumalo, I believe), advised that there’s nothing can be done as they’ve contacted the armed response team and insisted that we wait for them. 3. I then contacted the security company directly (Marshall Security), and they referred me to contact Metro Police. I have a few questions that I need answers to before I escalate this further: 1. Why is there no emergency contact number provided to guests? 2. Why is the security team not equipped to handle public disturbances? 3. Why is the affiliated armed response team not effective? 4. Why was there no corrective measures implemented and proper protocol followed? I am highly frustrated by the lack of control, security measures and the weekend-away that my partner and I have planned for (being in a long-distance relationship, our time and peace are MOST important to us). Although I understand that Savannah Park cannot control the behaviour of certain guests, I DON’T understand how this happens in TWO consecutive nights without anything being done (one would assume that corrective measures and protocol be followed in such instances). TERRIBLY DISGUSTED AND SEVERELY DISAPPOINTED !!! I will be following-up on this, and will be taking the matter further. Still so much of noise, people are drunk, breaking bottles, security is still not doing anything, armed response is still not here, and no sign of Metro Police. As I type this email, I get off the phone with Aneesha and although I understand her frustration, I do not appreciate the tone of the call and lack of sympathy after being a subject of public disturbance. The following RULES, AS PER ATTACHED, have been INFRINGED!!! #2 (No Visitors Allowed) #3 (No Parties Allowed) #4 (Excessive Noise levels at 2am …almost 3am) As per attached. Very unprofessional and unethical. I booked accommodation at the Savannah Park Luxury accommodation two weeks ago and they sent an invoice two weeks later and in a space of a few minutes after receiving the invoice, I received a cancellation. When I called the establishment, I was told the place is fully booked but they will cancel a customer that hasn’t paid. I was shocked because I think, that is precisely what they did to me. I told the manager that I do not want the accommodation at another customer’s expense and she got irate with me and told me that she had nothing further to discuss. Amazing
