I have been a member of Icebolethu for a year and a half, I have been struggling to update my policy for the past month and no one gets back to me. I have been promised about 6 times that a consultant will contact me but no one has. I can see that should there be death in my family, claiming will be a night mare. I reach out on Facebook but it seems like I'm being blocked and my posts are not being approved. Sometimes I feel like Icebolethu is not operating anymore. Im thinking of changing insurance companies now. It's a pity that Icebolethu is being over hyped especially when it's a celebrity funeral, but with us normal people, we are not being serviced at all.
I have been a member since last year and their app has been an ever ending issue since. They pride themselves with this app and yet it's not helpful at all. I have buddy tag and wants to bring my buddy but it's a struggle to bring one because reception tells me they don't use the manual access of a buddy anymore, I have to use a App. HOW DO I USE AN APP IF IT CAN'T EVEN RECOGNIZE THAT I'M ALREADY A MEMBER! 😠😠😠
Our parcel that was supposed to be delivered in Kempton Park from Pretoria was delivered in Port Elizabeth. No one is telling us anything. The package has medication for my mother who is critically ill and we chose Aramex thinking thay it will be professional and faster. Clearly we made a big mistake and we will never recommend it to anyone
They rush to open a policy for clients and dont care about your needs,all they want us their money.I woudl never recommend anyone to take up a policy with Clientele.Should something happen to the main member,the beneficiary will suffer.
At this property they threaten customers to barr them from the Property for lodging their concerns and dissatisfaction with them.They even refuse to change the dates of arrival strictly because they aren't desperate to make money.Customers don't mean anything to them,once they charged you,they no longer care about you as a customers.I would never recommend any one to book at this Property if they don't want to loose their money.
Very unhelpful and so quick to charge your money but not willing to assist to make your stay comfortable.I would never recommend it to anyone.I would like to warn anyone who tried to bool with them not too.They dont care about the customer they just tell you "its not a hotel,its a self catering apartment"
I got a call from one of the multichoice consultants, she offered me a price lock deal with free installation. I tool a deal. They delivered the following day. I then phoned them to arrange for an installer to come and install. The lady called Rebecca gave me a few numbers to call and make an arrangement. 1st installer could not speak english, I struggled to understand what he was saying, he ended up giving me a number to someone else, when I phoned that someone, his name is Tintswalo, he said he will come, he then came and he said he can't install because he doesn't have a dish???? he said he will send someone else. We waited for a day, No one came, I decided to call and check what was happening. He then said he told them and there is nothing he can do. I waited for another day, someone named Karabo phoned me and said he will come to install. He came and just connected the decoders, he left everything else outside including the wi fi. I phoned him the following day and he said kept on telling me that he will come, he never came. I phoned him yesterday morning he then said he will be there within an hour. It's a day later and I'm still waiting. When I call him, he doesn't answer, he now blocked my number. Call Centre they are just as useless because no one cares and they don't seem to know what they are doing. I'm stuck with the 2 decoders, my TV is not working for the past week, but when u call them they keep reminding me how much I'm suppose to pay. How do I pay for a service I have not received? I would advice every not to take this deal, it's a trap.
