Not luxury and rude staff!

The receptionist/security guard is useless, makes you wait over 30 minutes to check-in, then upon getting in, taxis are parked throughout this place, looks like a ****** township. Looks like a scene from Pretoria, Sunnyside.

Then walking up the stairs, you could see the place hasn’t been cleaned in ages, the room is ridiculously tiny and the fridge door handle was broken! The bed is tiny and the view is terrible. This is not a luxury apartment at all, FAR from it!! Terrible!!
