I'm highly disgusted by this hotel admin i booked the accommodation with the hotel and did Electronic funds Transfer to the hotel for my hotel stay that was supposed to be on the 30 July and i cancelled due to covid restrictions done by our president and also the were war happening some parts of Durban so we couldn't travel, i cancelled on the 16July 2021. I called on the 16 before cancelation and I spoke to one of the admin lady and I was adviced to cancel yes I'll get my refund. i called the hostel and i was told to contact booking.com so that they fully refund me. I asked for Booking.com contacts I was told to look for it myself they cant help to go google for that, I did google I couldnt find any. i need to be refunded fully as the cancellation was beyond our control. I stay in JHB and we were moved to level 4. now i have issue in getting my funds back. i dont what else to do im giving them 2days to have this query resolved because i cancelled before 14days!!!
Horrible experience with Renault Bought a brand newRenault Kwid last year, not knowing I'm buying a problem of a car, the car it's not even a year old and it has issues, when it has rained it will stuck and when it dries off it will start moving, and last week it stuck and it was giving me a electric fault icon on the dash, and it had to be towed to Route 24 for repairs, until today haven't heard anything from them, the first thing I'm doing when the car gets back it's I'm changing it to another brand, heard enjoy of this Renault nonsense and their problem they sold to me....I'm so done!!!
Please remove me from your system, I never wanted ur services and I was told my account was cancelled by Siphokazi and no debit order will be made since I didn't wanna continue with being reviewed, please kindly remove the flag on my name, since I'm not ur client and NEVER was your client, I've calling Siphokazi leaving messages and she doesn't bother to return my calls, all she does its to create problems and leave you like that..!!? I never been so ****ed in my life , please sort this out urgently!!!!? And please bear in mind I'm not your client and NEVER was your client.
Stay away from NDA!!! I called them wanted assistance to review my account but I was told to cancel everything and I did and I was assisted by Siphokazi and I asked her if she made any changes to my name she said no, no changes were, today I went to Capitec to see why I don't have access to my credit card, and my surprise they blocked my name, I'm under debit review, how come because I don't have any one paying my debit on my behalf? It state they made things worse, can you please unflag my name and be in contact with me, ive calling and leaving messages no one comes back to me,
