Worst Network and appalling customer service. They don't ever have Managers on site and the most Senior person in any Cell C customer Service Department is their Team Leader. This is according to several agents that I have spoken to. Agents need to be trained on how to use their systems properly or more appropriately. Another thing they need to stop saying on calls is: "Can I place you on hold for NO LONGER than 2 minutes" This is a lie that irritates me and I'm sure many other customers as well especially when they have to go speak to a Team Leader. They go for longer than 5 minutes a lot of the time and come back and give a **** apology. This takes frustrations to another level as well. My Migration case did not have appropriate notes for an agent to give me updates and she wanted to log another case for me for the same issue. i had to ask to speak to a manager (Team Leader) to which she took her time and then got back to me saying that the manager will call me back. At which point I insisted that I would not drop the call until I spoke to a MANAGER and had a resolution to my case. After she put me on hold again she returned and was then able to transfer me to a Team Leader who did manage to give me an update of the case. CELL C , CATCH A WAKE UP OR SELL your business to a company that can handle the customer services. Your agents in most of your Customer Service Centres are unskilled and not equipped or trained to handle your customers.

Finally, after what seemed like ages since the 16th March 2022, today being the 7th June 2022, I had a call from the Head Office and got resolution to my case. There are some people who do take their work seriously. These people live up to their responsibilities within the company. It is these select few that keep this company going but truthfully, we know that's not how it should be. Job well done to Kgomotso and Moses from Head Office. A little bit of a well done to Mpho as well. Keep up the good work guys. I'm sure that there is a company out there that you can better utilize your skills and experience with. Cell C don't deserve to have you guys if the others are not pulling their weight. That's said based on those that I had dealt with and spoken to.
They are utter rubbish in CELL C. When I say they, I refer to every last one of them. I believe this stems from the very top because the very bottom is useless. Cell C is like a tree with rotten roots. The whole tree is therefore rotten and bad. I have a case that is still open and unresolved by them since March 16th, 2022. It seems impossible to getting a resolution to that. If anybody could help me out with how to get hold of a senior person in this company, I would appreciate it. *0*8*4*6*6*7*5*4*4*1

Help me sue them 0846675441 CELL C are crooks, thieves, rogues, incompetent, unfair, unfaithful, ungrateful, manipulative and so much more to their loyal contracted customers. I can only imagine how they treat their prepaid customers. To date I have not been given the data I PURCHASED, YES I PAID FOR IT. My money was taken for the data but I have not received my data. Yet they were on the ball to debit my account for the CONTRACTS I have with them. I know that debit orders are automated, maybe CELL C should DISMISS all staff and just instead get robotics to handle everything.
I wish I could rate Cell C as 'NO STARS'. Evidently this service provider needs to close business permanently and stop stealing peoples money. Cell C steals from people every day and every month that's how they survive. I loaded airtime which I then used to purchase Data last Wednesday (16 March 2022) at 9:30am and I had the money deducted from my airtime balance but I DID NOT get my Data credited to me. I lodged a complaint via customer service and was first told that the data was credited to me. Only after properly going through my airtime and data history, did the agent agree with me that I didn't get my data allocation that I purchased that morning. They apologized and logged a case, of which a case number was sent to me and I was told that the issue will be resolved WITHIN 24 to 48 hours. The next day at 1:10pm, I get a call from Cell C escalations department asking me the same questions again and going through the whole thing again, only to be told that it would take 24 to 48 hours to be resolved. Today is Tuesday (22 March 2022) approaching 9:30am, more than 144 hours have passed since I had my money deducted and I have still not received my data that should have been credited to me for that amount. Yes, it was only R49 that was the value of the package I selected but if CELL C can do this to me they certainly doing it to others as well and if they do this to 100 000 customers from the more than a supposed million customers on their database, they make a cool 4.9 million Rands and still earn interest on that amount. Besides the point of stealing from us, they have the AUDACITY to charge us penalty fees for late payments on our contracts of which I have been victim of many times, but here they are taking our money and not paying us back in time. Compensation in FULL and with Penalty Fees due for all who are scammed or have been stolen from by CELL C
The service of Telkom for the past month has been pathetic. Having calls dropped every few seconds is annoying, even when you call customer care or support the call drops and they have a very lengthy intro that doesn't let you get through to the agent quickly enough to do any enquiries because when you get through to an agent and speak it drops in a few secs. This puts them well below even Cell C
I agree with Kushy because I found the same situation true. It's like they are scamming people to get their personal information but at the same time it makes no sense because the Fax doesn't go through to those numbers to Paul or Nathan. I received a response to my application for a job on a job site. Got the MiE Application and the 1Fourall Recruitment Application Form and was asked to specifically 'FAX' to 0865375286 or 0867504094 with Attention to Paul or Nathan respectively. In the days we live in not many people are doing Fax, especially not for job applications. The cost to the unemployed is ridiculous and besides, many have moved to mail or fax to mail. Anyhow, having had asked around I managed to get someone to do the Fax for me during their working day. I can only imagine how frustrating it must have been for them because when they returned from work and given me all the paperwork, there was a large pile of Reports from the Fax machine that showed that the Fax Failed to go to the respective numbers. I thanked the person and also had to apologize for the inconvenience caused. That same evening I scanned the documents (the completed application forms and the Fax Report) with my phone and send an email to the initial mail I received from Sherry@1fourall.co.za thinking I would get through to the recruiter and apologize for not being able to get the fax done in time before cut off. I felt I should be proactive and seeing how much I was hoping on getting this job I tried sending the mail multiple times. Reason for that was because I kept getting a return mail saying failed to deliver to that mail address. It left me very frustrated and I want all of you to know how these people at 1Fourall recruitment operate. At the back of my mind I also thought that the add and recruitment process was all a scam and for show. They may already have had a friend or family member that they were putting into that job that was advertised for Data Capture Clerk in Windermere. BEWARE of these fake Recruiters
If there were a NO Star rating or negative Star rating below 0, that's what I would give this company and the other company banners the owner trades under (Skye Telematix, Debit Genie, My Life Academy, Telecentrix) They are the most untrustworthy companies to work for. I'm being owed a large sum of money which is due to me according to the 'Contract of Employment' signed between myself and the owner. This money is for the many months of work I did for the company and expenses I carried out of my pocket for the companies work (including printing of docs) The owner made several excuses of why payment of my salaries are delayed, to date has not made any salary payments. He even went as far as giving me a salary advice, which was incorrect and then sent me a second one as a correction, which was also incorrect. Bottom line is...These Companies and its owner, Dean Padayachee and his family (wife and son) are fraudsters.
Cell C had debited my account late due to their own incompetence. That has affected my credit score. This has only come to my notice because I now use clear score app. I can only imagine how many others are being affected negatively and can't get loans or credit when they need it, due to Cell C being at fault. They also wrongfully debit customers and then after WE scrutinize the bill and correct them they credit our Cell C account and not our bank account, from which the money was taken. We as customers are left to pay the extra bank charges on that month and more so if that billing was incorrect and we as customers didn't cater for "Unknown" bills. Then they say we are behind on our account and we as customers have to pay the failed debit bank charges which we not necessary in the first place.
