I ordered my door in May 2023 expected the door 2nd week of June, I saw all the bad posts about the company taking long but I wasnt in a hurry. I kept checking in, sometimes they responded sometimes they didnt. When things took too long early July I went to their house and got a host of excuses. They dont have labour, they dont have a decent vehicle, they work outside so they cant work when it rains, they dont have any business etiquette so they dont honour their appointments. twice I waited for them to arrive with my doors for installation. Eventually 10 August they showed up and did an excellent installation. My doors are beautiful. Initially I paid 50% dep so I owed them the balance. I promised to pay the next day, my husband however had a very busy day and didnt get around to it. The saturday we had the kids at swimming and when we sat down to do payments around mid day I checked my phone and found a voicenote accusing me of playing games and being called ugly names. After I waited 3 months for my door they couldnt wait 1 day for their money. plus their vehicle messed oil in my driveway which is now stained!!!! After using a drive service to drop my kids, I called the emergency line for a jump start. Within 15 minutes my car was ready to go to the nearest battery shop. I was so impressed.
