What terrible service. Mt partner a claim more than month ago as she hit a pothole with her car and the rim and tire was damaged. Momentum took two weeks to do an assessment and now the mechanic that they appointed is taking a month to fix it.(still not fixed) We are totally disgruntled as she is now forced to spend thousands on Uber rides as her car was her only means of getting to and from work. This entire ordeal is making us regret having insured her car with Momentum and I advise you all to stay away from this company. They have hardly communicated with her after the claim and clearly have no regard for the clients when it comes to claim time.
We left our previous service provider paid R800 to get out of contact as Vodacom promised better service faster speeds..We signed up with Vodacom in October the five is still not working .They gave us a ****le to use while now they were going to connect the fibre ...there no data on the ****le and no internet signal from Vodacom on our modem ..Now they have no technical staff to assist and tels me on Saturday they might be able to assit by Monday
WOW what a pathetic institution.We have an agreement / written contract that you can deduct my debit order on the last day of the month . Again you take the money on the 26th of the month ?????,What part of last day of the month do you not comprehend ??/
I am paying for a 10 Meg download speed and Adept cannot even give me a 1 meg ...WHY do you expand your clientele if you cant even service your current clients ??? Adept there are plenty of other ISP's out there, When ever you call the support line they blame Octotell :-( ..my contract is with you ADEPT and not with OCTOTEL so stop using excuses and fix the damn problem
Deducts a debit order whenever they feel like doing it and not on the contacts agreed date .my deduction date is for the last day of the month and they deducted today 24 /4/2020 ???????? And this while the country is on lockdown and its citizens under a tremendous amount of financial uncer*****y. Please Standard bank..get your act together return the money to my account today. This is not the first time this has happened
I have been a Virginactive / Vitality member for a number of years,I am now on a month to month contract. My dependent on my contract is now at University and lives at hostel, therefor he will no longer be able to use the Gym. I have contacted the cancellations department to cancel his membership as they placed him onto a premier select Adult membership without my consent costing me more than R600 pm. It is the 30th of Jan and my debit goes off on the 1st of Feb but I am told by the cancellation department I need to still pay for him for the month of Feb even though he will not be going to the GYM ????? How ? What ? Where ? How do you explain this type of business practice ?
I have been paying a standard bank personal loan for more than 2 years with my debit order date always been st for the last day of the month. This month Standard bank decides to debit on the 18th of the month and now I am receiving calls and SMS telling me I am behind on my repayment ????. This has a negative effect my credit rating...How can a bank just decide to deduct on a date of their choice ...Surely this is is not TCF or fais complaint..I will also being laying a complaint with the fsca.
I have been a member for a number of months even though the discovery quote was higher than the other schemes I chose them .I recently realized that that's all the are "a scheme ".Iam still struggling to get my claim approved for not even R500 when we are paying thousands a month for cover. BE VERY VERY CAREFUL OF DISCOVERY HEALTH
Once again my fiber connection with Adept is not working..its seems to often happen after 23h00 in the evening..How convenient as their support centre only takes calls until 23h00. We are billed infull for a service that is not supplied " infull "
I have singed up for a home fiber package currently still advertised on the Adept website at R479 ..a week after signing up without anyone informing me they increase the monthly premium to R569...while the add for R479 is still active and being used to crook customers into joining Adept.... How can a company be this dishonest..I called and spoke to the accountants manager Hester this morning..Only to be told there's nothing she can do about it..they can't change the price they are currently advertising their service at ( false advertising)and then she says it's Octotel that increased the price ??????? What kind of business operates like this ??????????.
