Very poor service delivery
After purchasing a Unit in Garsfontein Office Park and moving in Jan 2012, Modfin has yet to excel in any way, shape of form with their service delivery. They are paid excellent levies to manage the Office Park, yet, on a weekly basis, there is some form of problem. This morning, the lavatories are out of toilet paper. Upon phoning them to inform them, we're told that yes, they're very aware of the problem, but they have lost the key to the store room. It's 10.00 am...... surely going to the local store to purchase some rolls wouldn't be too much to ask for, until such time as a lock smith could come out!!! It's time for new management, clearly.

A fabulous restaurant pub going to the dogs!
<p>We have frequented Die Bos Restaurant and Pub for many years, and have always enjoyed great ambience, service and food. On Sunday we met with extended family for a get-to-gether. The place has become so neglected. The toilets are broken down and stink, could really do with a coat of paint. The waiters are excellent, professional and helpful, but clearly the owner has lost his passion. 2 of us ordered the chicken Schnitzel and were very sick the night. So I phone Deon, whom I assume is the owner and tell him about our experience and the fact that 2 of us were sick. No apology, just "oh, that's strange, because I eat that dish so often". I then said that clearly there wasn't anyone in charge, and he admitted that he wasn't there. I was so dissappointed. If the business is battling, surely one would take this kind of thing seriously. Excellent service from Prudence at Customer Refunds
<p>I know that many people use this site for complaints and thought that maybe we don't often give credit where credit is due. I was assisted by Prudence at the Customer Refunds desk yesterday and was very impressed with her friendliness, her sense of urgency and just general attitute - way awesome.
