We went to In die Bos restaurant in Pretoria today for fathersday
We went to In die Bos restaurant in Pretoria today for fathersday. We received very poor service today. The restaurant were not even busy. Wait 30 min for our soft drinks and not to talk about lunch. Since they take our order it was nearly a hour before we received our food. They run out of milk for coffee and couldn't serve the icebain as it is out of stock. My grand childs pizza what is only a cheese pizza was serve last. In my opinion this didn't take a hour to pepair. Also one of the salads were mix up and wrong and have to sent it back. They forget to bring my daughters salad and my sons chips. We never seen the waiter in this long waiting period, no appologies. This was very bad......

Incompetent managers
Was there to enjoy a evening with some friends and family when suddenly a guy we met there wanted to introduce himself to some people and was pushed so hard he traveled about two table lengths and hit his head against the table where we were sitting, after consulting the manager we were told they would chase away the young guys causing trouble, after a while it became clear he was friends with the guys causing the trouble and we were simply laughed out and they made unnecessary coments towards us till the point we felt uncomfortable and left. Really disappointed at the way things were handled and won't recommend anyone going there.

Very unfriendly management and no masks
The manager , barman and waiters did not bother to wear masks. When we ordered drinks and 2 of the drinks were not prepared correctly and when we brought it to the attention of the staff ..the manager decided we were rude?????and asked us to leave his Restaurant in Marloth Park ( Bos ) He said he doesn't need our money?!

A fabulous restaurant pub going to the dogs!
<p>We have frequented Die Bos Restaurant and Pub for many years, and have always enjoyed great ambience, service and food. On Sunday we met with extended family for a get-to-gether. The place has become so neglected. The toilets are broken down and stink, could really do with a coat of paint. The waiters are excellent, professional and helpful, but clearly the owner has lost his passion. 2 of us ordered the chicken Schnitzel and were very sick the night. So I phone Deon, whom I assume is the owner and tell him about our experience and the fact that 2 of us were sick. No apology, just "oh, that's strange, because I eat that dish so often". I then said that clearly there wasn't anyone in charge, and he admitted that he wasn't there. I was so dissappointed. If the business is battling, surely one would take this kind of thing seriously.
