Rental Agent causes financial
I appointed Remax to find a tenant for my property .I'm referring to the Erasmuskloof Agency in Pretoria. The service I received from the Agent was disappointing and she negated her responsibilities and although a lease contract was signed and the landlord fulfilled al his obligations as per the lease contract ,the agent informed me a few hours before the tenant had to move that they are pulling out of the legitimate lease contract .The agent should have protected my rights but sided with the tenant.She also did not make sure that the deposit was paid for the property Her action has caused considerable financial damage

Easy and very convenient , while saving money on Traffic fines
They pay and negotiate discount on your outstanding Traffic fines They provide you with a consolidated list of all your outstanding Traffic fines ( incl all RSA traffic dept) and you do one payment to them for all your fines combined

Grafters , Place to relax with your buddies or friends
Grafters is a pub-style restaurant with a great atmosphere .The manager and staff very efficient and friendly . Food is very good at affordable prices Place to be ! Live entertainment over week-ends

Very unfriendly management and no masks
The manager , barman and waiters did not bother to wear masks. When we ordered drinks and 2 of the drinks were not prepared correctly and when we brought it to the attention of the staff ..the manager decided we were rude?????and asked us to leave his Restaurant in Marloth Park ( Bos ) He said he doesn't need our money?!

If the app fails revert back to traditional way
I tried to do a payment to an oversees bank account (my son) and went to a branch with the facility to do so At the branch I was told to use my Banking App ( overseas payment ) as it is much quicker and easier. I then tried to do the payment to an account in the UK. I tried with great expectations but with no success .a Question keep popping up Does your branch have proof of your adress not older than 3 months Does your Bank have a copy of your ID I could not progress beyond this point and gave up This morning I went to the same Bank to Forrex counter and the Consultant assisted me to do the payment in the traditional way ( filling in forms etc) The process took about 35 min and was successful Kudo's for the consultant who helped me achieve my goal
