I received my new router on 04-03-2026 and went live with MWEB fibre, and immediately experienced poor and unacceptable service. The support agent was unhelpful, and I was left waiting online for almost one hour. To make matters worse, the automated voice message kept saying that after an hour I was “number one in the queue,” yet no one ever responded. This is extremely disappointing, especially as a new customer. I expected far better service from day one.
I am extremely disappointed with the declining quality of Woolworths products. First, I had an issue with a pair of shoes purchased at Woolworths. Although they were worn, the shoes came apart due to poor quality; yet, I was told they could not be returned because of the return policy at the Tygervalley (Cape Town) store. I chose to continue supporting the brand and bought AU men’s underwear, as I only wear AU, but once again, the quality has let me down. The elastic waistband developed small holes shortly after being purchased. This is completely unacceptable. At this point, it no longer feels worthwhile to spend premium prices at Woolworths when the quality of products has become sub-standard. I expect better from a brand that positions itself as a provider of quality goods.
I've been receiving the MOST HORRIBLE service at Fedhealth Medical Aid! They do not care about their clients! I was hospitalised with the MOST SEVERE PAIN, and Fedhealth did not cover all my hospital bills and left me in DEBT! But I'm paying them every month. The surgeon sent them several letters of motivation, including myself, and they declined my surgery and EXEXPECT ME TO live with SEVERE SPINAL PAIN! Fedhealth DO CARE about my quality of life as motivated by myself, and the surgeon, because surgery is the ONLY OPTION for me to live a quality life with my wife and kids. Fedhealth told me that surgery is the only option for my condition, but they STILL DECLINE the doctor's motivation based on their recommendation. Fedhealth told me the ONLY WAY they will APPROVE the surgery is if I upgrade to a higher plan, and when I did so, they declined THE SURGERY AGAIN and AGAIN after we followed their recommendation. The call centre AGENTS ARE ALL UNHELPFUL with NO empathy or concern with you as the customer! They transfer your calls without ANY explanations! I HATE RSAWEB and CANNOT wait for this **** FIBER internet contract to finish. Since signing up with RSAWEB we NEVER had a proper fiber internet connection! All this **** RSAWEB company they’re technical support do is trouble shoot trouble shot and trouble shoot and THE INTERNET CONNECTION IS FOREVER **** POOR! I HATE RSAWEB abs CANNOT DO ANYMORE TROUBLE SHOOTING!!! Several technicians came to my house and NOTHING DIFFERENT is being other than poor fiber connection
I’ve been calling Edgar’s Tygervalley Centre just ringing & no answer and the phone number I found online for Edgar’s N1 city phone disconnected. This store has gone very very BAD! Sadly Customer service has gone down and out the door.
I e been STRUGGLING with RSAWEB fiber connection since the day I signed up with them and been through HELL with this ISP! The customer service is horrible and technical support is even more pathetic. They open tickets and close it WITHOUT helping me and this is with EVERY contact I make with them! ALL RSAWEB is good for… is debiting my bank account for POOR internet connection and THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!
I’m looking at the rating stats for PnP and Pnp ASAP and it clearly shows that PnP is a BAD retailer. What PATHETIC stats and the stats DO NOT LIE South Africa stay AWAY and DO NOT use PnP ASAP because I’m a living witness and example of one who paid for products that were not delivered and I haven’t received; yet PnP surveillance footage which I’m NOT allowed to see shows it was packed for delivery to me.
I’ve ordered from Pick n Pay ASAP. I paid for items which I did not receive and called the customer service support centre twice the same day and could not get through only after 45 minutes of waiting I spoke to someone which wasn’t of much help. I have two reference numbers: 1003696845 and 1752935 and had the most horrible experience with PnP ASAP which I NEVER HAD with Checkers sixty sixty. My wife and daughter needed conditioner for their hair because we had function to attend and we NEVER received the conditioner or received any response for our products we paid for and were charged for by Pick n Pay! I want my money for the outstanding products
Please save yourselves from buying Pizza at Debonairs Montw Vista, I ordered online and received dried-out, tasteless, unappetizing pizza with burnt cheese. I lodged a complaint with Lovedea Muller - Area Manager who was extremely unhelpful and blatantly IGNORED MY COMPLAINT!!! Order number: 111992991 We ordered spicy chicken and BBQ bacon pizza-filla and received two burnt, dried-out BBQ bacon pizzas. The customer service we received from this store was EXTREMELY BAD and horrible — poor dried-out cheese. An employee named Zanele was extremely unhelpful, rude, and had a bad attitude. We already DO NOT LIKE DEBONAIRS and once again we are disappointed because of an overall horrible experience!!!
This company is ****ming people - I got ****med from R17000 for artificial grass that was NEVER installed. Apparently the owners name is Wayne from TASH CIVILS / TKM PROJECTS with contact number: 082 296-1794. Link to this TASH company is a cleaning company named ( I think) Nagra cleaning service or Nagara cleaning service - DO NOT USE THEM!!! Cleaning company is ran by a lady named Precious I found them on Bark.com DO NOT use Bark.com - their reviews are PATHETIC! They sit in the UK not knowing what’s happening in South Africa but they “approve & do vetting” of reliable and credible contractors and yet I got ****med by one of their contractors!
