I bought 2 perfumes using pay just now at Matlosana mall on Saturday 07/02)2026. Pay just now deducted the first installment twice, I told the sales person that was assisting me that the money was deducted from my account and it went through. He said to me it's an error they will reverse it and I should swipe my card again. As it turns out I was charged twice for the same transaction, now matlosana mall Edgar's management is giving the run around about resolving the matter. They keep on telling that pay just now is asking for sleeps of which I keep providing and they took my phone number with the promise that they will call me and they never did. I went to check on them yesterday and today and still no joy. The mistake was made by their employee and now I have to pay for it, all I want is my money back. I can't be charged twice for the same transaction because of someone's ***********.

People need to stay away from Edgars cell phones especially Mobicel being disguised as Specra cellphones! I was **** to about a supposed German cell phone product kanti it’s just good old fashioner useless Mobicel. Worst of all you call Spectra on 0115413300 and get through to Mobicel! Then they continue to deny their link! The competition commission needs to been made aware of this collision between Sandton City, Edgars, Mobicel and Spectra and maybe the SA German consulate! Also Vanishree Reddy Edgars customer care manager is one of those who are always having a runny stomach & can’t talk to clients! Then her 2ic Ashley is off ill as well. Maybe stay away from strong curry you 2!

I’ve been calling Edgar’s Tygervalley Centre just ringing & no answer and the phone number I found online for Edgar’s N1 city phone disconnected. This store has gone very very BAD! Sadly Customer service has gone down and out the door.

I did two lay-bys and totally forgot about the lay-bys I lost the slips however I have my identity, yesterday I went to ask for my refund and was told by the store manager Lynn that I needed to go get a affidavit and she won’t be able to help me, my concern this procedure is not on the slip or even in the store, this was not even communicated to me when I did the lay-by and I am very disappointed in how Edgar’s doesn’t want to help people with their monies. Lynn made me look like a fool infront of her staff telling me that she knows that the staff told me about keeping my slip and getting a affidavit, so she made it look like I am a **** L, totally don’t agree with how she does things, she doesn’t even know who helped me but already she’s defensive about the situation again she’s the store manager but cannot resolve issues, why is she in the store? I asked her to provide me with a policy that states I must have my id and go get an affidavit it was not available.
