Worst and weakest tyres I've ever had and seen. Been drinking my car for 13 years and even the cheap "no name" brands are tougher! Fitted continentals 2months ago and already 2 tyres s****ped? One of witch was at idling speed slowly going through a pothole because there was no way around and the tyre got sidewall damage. Second one was faster and also a pothole yes buk like I said i had cheapies on before the continentals and they didn't damage even after hitting hundreds of potholes. continental is weak and not up to standard for south African roads.
Ive had a R99 data line contract with no issues for almost 2 years trn i opened another one with a pocket router added so works out R259 for both contracts. But since i took out the second contract its been non stop issues first they limited my debit orders on 200 a month so i har to go pay the balance manually or they cut my line ok got that sorted after various calls and complaining with customer care. Last .ont i got an sms tst my bill was R 360 something so i called again and they told me no everything is sorted and im actually paid in advance and payment would only be R190 for end of October and i asked a few times and git assured that everything is fine and my debits would be as it should be(R259) few days before nd of November i get a sms saying its a notice of demand from telkom for R345.99 so i went to check what's wrong on telkom website. Only to find the account saying i owe R466. I tried contacting telkom customer care like every month just to sort this because its 200 more than i should pay (i could get another 2 contracts for that money so its unacceptable. Eventually the debit order went off for the 466 and i got hold of telkom customer care to rectify what ever has gone wrong so they told me no its a debit order rejection fee(October i paid manually because i know there wasn't money in my account so why should i pay a debit order rejection fee if my account was paid up? Its not like i skipped a payment or anything. And why should i contact telko each and every month to try and figure out what is wrong.(like this month was supposed to be 259, according to tr sms its 345 and what was debited was 466 so please can anyone explain that math to me?) It is really unacceptable! Ad also tr customer care lady asked me to hold the line so she can see what se can do and it just got dropped.amd every month i te same hassle over ad over (as soon as they see you are right the call gets dropped and you have to struggle for hours i get hold of customer care again and re explain everything to a new person and just hope the call wont get dropped. Im not a person who do complaints and reviews but i just had enough. I don't want to be in contract with telkom anymore but that's another thing cancelation fee is crazy so they have me right where they want me to milk all they can out of me. My salary barely makes it through tr month and now with 200 gone its a weeks transport costs to work witch means it dramatically affect my ability i et to work and back witch affects my ability to pay them in te next month
