There is a racist piece of **** of a manager by the name of David... My deaf friend and I came to have a drink a Hinterland and all of a sudden he called the centre management to come and get rid of us because we were apparently making a noise in the restaurant. My friend is bilaterally deaf, which is why she is loud and I speak loudly to her. Now this restaurant does not accept disabled persons, as much as we tried to explain! The manager behaved like a **** to try and get us removed! How dare he?
Just wanted to take time out and show appreciation for the great service that I have received from Virgin Active, Waterfall over the past year. I may be having a bad day but once I hit the gym I am all smiles because the staff are so welcoming and friendly. I have even made friends with some as they keep me company during my work outs. <br> After having attended the Virgin Active at Grayston Centre a couple of times i realised that Waterfall branch is where my home is. Equipment and change rooms are of great quality as opposed to other gyms.<br> <br> Keep up the great work guys.
This is actually beyond me and it is quite disgusting to say the least. Anyway , I would like to enquire about when I can be expected to receive the spare key to a car that i bought just over a year ago. It's ridiculous to the point where the sales agent who sold me the car has even left the dealership without me receiving my spare key. I think this is my third encounter of poor service from Renault. Can you guys please just give me a spare key and I promise never to bother you again. Damn
I have always experienced poor service from UNISA but this time they have crossed the line with their lack of response to enquiries regarding student registrations. I spent almost a month trying to get through to the registration department and when i did finally get hold of somebody telephonically i was passed around to different departments as nobody knew who was responsible for assisting with the nature of my query. This eventually resulted in me not being registered for the semester after having made follow up phone calls with the person who promised to provide me relevant feedback last week. I will be taking this up with the Department of Education as it is unacceptable that an institution of this kind lists telephone numbers on its website and yet there is never anybody there to answer the calls when students call. The phone just rings and there is no answer. I added an additional subject to my existing ones and paid the minimum required fee which was allocated incorrectly. Nobody could assist me even when i made a call to the Dean's office. They gave me a run around between the finance and registration division before removing my temporary registration from system.
Even after my previous complaint I still have not received a call from these people. Reggy from Renault SA keeps contacting me to ask for feedback but none received. I am now taking this with the Motor Retail Industry.
On 27/01/2015 I went into the Telkom Mobile store in Centurion Mall for my upgrade. I was assisted by George who confirmed to me that they did not have stock at the time and that I would be contacted in a week's time for update. Since I did not receive the feedback I decided to take it upon myself to call. There was no answer on the landline and I kept calling for about a week. After giving up on trying to reach them telephonically I then went to the store on one Saturday and was advised by the manager Gordon that stock was received the previous week but nobody contacted me and they were offline on that specific day so he couldn't check anything for me on the system. I then went two Saturdays after and was assisted by Tumelo who also confirmed that they had received stock but I was not contacted yet again and that he would try getting me a phone by the following Wednesay. No calls in that week either. My application was found at the bottom of some pile unprocessed after a month's wait. I went there again this past Saturday and received a device that was less than what I requested with Tumelo. I'm so disappointed at the poor service and hours of waiting in their queues!
