Dstv no longer works, their support team don't even respond to my emails.
I booked a flight on Flysafair going to Durban for a MSC cruise. Our lovely government decided to cancel all cruises leaving the Durban port. MSC refunded my money but Flysafair refused to refund my money. The manager Tshepis (011 928 0000)was arrogant and told me it's not there problem that the government cancelled the cruises.
MARK SMITH WORSE AFTER SALES MAN OF THE DECADE!!PURCHASED A MERCEDES BENZ B200 FROM HIS BRANCH IN DURBAN DURING LOCK DOWN. MY SALESMAN IN DURBAN ADVISED ME TO HIM, AND WHAT A NIGHTMARE. THE WAY HE HANDLED THE WHOLE SITUATION WAS UTTERLY DISGUSTING AND MADE ME FEEL LIKE A LIAR AND TOLD ME THEY WILL NOT FIX THE FAULTS , I SHOULD LEAVE THE CAR THERE AND THEY WILL REFUND ME!!! IS THIS HOW YOU TREAT ALL YOUR CLIENTS ?THIS MEANS HE WILL RE SELL THE CAR WITH ALL ITS FAULTS! PLEASE DON'T PURCHASE ANY VEHICLE FROM HIM
