Bad customer experience
I am very disappointed with my customer experience at Milky Lane, Cavendish Sq. I find the manner in which I was addressed was very disrespectful and will never advise anyone or myself buying from their store again.

Kindness goes a long way
I was sent on a wild goose chase by Builders(NorthGate Island) employee by sending me to wrong supplier of their prodocts. That how I ended up at Showerline Shower Doors. Even though the part I was looking for was not manufactured by them , a lady , Lailah Edwards, took time out of her schedule to try and assist me in finding the part for me. Thank you

Poor customer service
At the Century City branch they are wholly understaffed. I waited 2 hours for a consultant after I grabbed a ticket. There is no way that a customer can get a good shopping experience from an overworked consultant. This was such a big waste of time that many ppl walked away.

Not nice Kfc
I just visited KFC bredadorp and wanted to order one of the promotions on their website. Because it was 8:35 they refused to serve me. They apparently don't serve promotional deals after 8:30. It would be nice if the website stipulates it like that.

Toys R Us sucks
Hi I just had the unpleasant experience of buying a PS5 online from thr Toys R Us website. The transaction was successful and the money was deducted from my bank account. They even sent me an email that the order is being packaged. Fours later they sent me an email "Oh No , we out of stock" heading. They will refund my money in a few days and will only honor instore purchases. This must be their idea of spreading holiday cheer. Toys R Us sucks big time.

Hi Received an email from Pick n Pay to redeem my points or they will reclaim it. If this was given as a result of my purchases is it not dishonest of them to subtract it from my account. I felt that this is extremely disingenuous on the part of Pick n Pay.
