The institution and it's tutors are totally unreliable. The tutots forever have network issues and can't stick to schedule dates for lessons. No communication when there are any issues from the tutor unless of the learners makes contact. I've paid in full every month and on numerous occasions my daughter was not informed about lessons. I remained understanding until today 13 Nove 2025 when it became clear the administrator and the tutor ignored me when I continued asking about lesson dates. When I call the administrator she informed me the tutor said his done with grade 10 lessons. My daughter has been practicing math's and physics on her own exam. I won't recommend their services to anyone. Everyone wants to do business but not everyone can deliver a service.
Poor network, poor service, gaslights customers by me us feel like we in control of their bad network. Alway suggesting the same prosudres over and over with our device when the fault is their network. At times their network is down for 3 to 6 hours but it's supposed to be unlimited wifi. You don't get your monies worth. Rain is a daylight *******. I've been a customer for 4 years and it's just getting WORSE

Airbnb is a **** and a bunch of *****sters. My son paid a deposit to them to secure the booking. Than suddenly the host stared messaging my son privately. I told him this is weird.. I told him to rather cancel this accommodation cuz something is off here. Airbnb has been sending my son from pillar to post to get his refund. They've been busy with the refund since 8 May 2023. They keep on telling my son they have done the refund, he should query with the bank to trace the refund. I plead with everyone not to support Airbnb you will have endless problems. Even when he booked another Airbnb, the host was horrible... And both of these places are in Sandton... They are *****sters don't support Airbnb
