On the 20 November 2025 I took my Jeep wrangler for a minor service and instructed them to fix a mechanical issue that I had with the car losing power when it’s up hill. The engine light and traction control light were on, on the dashboard. I was later informed that the car had other mechanical issues after being diagnosed over the phone. They claimed there were leaks on the oil filter and gearbox. And listed all the attached diagnostic. I specifically instructed them to fix the cam sensors and check my engine but they didn’t and claim to fix other issues. I paid regardless with no site of what repairs have been done. The car still has the same issue. Took the car back to them on the 22 November , it was there until the 28 November. The car still had the same issue was not resolved, Dewalt the manager resorted to send me to a different branch in Craighall and they referred me back to him as they found more issues. Gooderson Tropicana hotel is refusing to refund a booking that is 2 months prior when we initially wanted to change our booking dates to accommodate a big group, we were told they don’t have availability and unfortunately we can’t change dates. They are refusing to refund us our money so we can secure a different hotel. I refuse to loose thousands when there’s still more time to cancel this booking.please assist
