Very bad service
The manager at Mochachoes greenstone mall i a very rude man. My son and I went for lunch already had cold drink, he refused to give us glasses, his excuse was that this is a halaal store. People take advantage of using their religion.. I'd rather support other stores.

FRAUD
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME WITH SUPPORTING MIKE FROM REAR ELECTRONICS. He only makes matters worst. Took my washing machine to him. He swapped parts, removed my drainage motor and wires were cut from the back. He keeps making false promises and never pitches up to fix it and avoids calls. This guy is a criminal and his business needs to be shut down!!

This complaint is for Elsabe from the Lakeside mall branch. She does not have any management s****s at all. she never greeted nor did she have a smile on her face, Woolworths is a good store, but with management like this, it is not professional at all. I went to the branch on Saturday, with a shoe that i bought, wore once, and the front of the shoe was peeling off. She looked at the shoe and said it looked as if i kicked a stone, she asked what did i want to do., i said i would like to exchange the shoe, she then said sorry that is not going to happen. I then went to a different branch, had no hassle at all, they took the back and said they can see the fault on the shoe.

Excellent service from Capitec Bank Greenstone Mall
Excellent Customer Service received from Capitec Bank - Greenstone Mall. I visited Capitec Bank yesterday, they were quite busy so i was only attended when the store closed, I needed to open 2 minor accounts for my kids, the lady assisted with a smile on her face, At the last minute my husband also decided to open an account ass well, once again she assisted us with a smile on her face. We ended up leaving the store past seven, Wow 5 stars to the consultant (Busisiwe) as well as the Manager, both have provided excellent customer service.

Bone found in Butternut
Bone found in Veg (Butternut) I am a regular customer at Spur Greenstone Mall. I ordered a meal with veg. Ate half of my meal, then decided to snack on the veg, im very dissapointed , found a small piece of cleaned bone, looked like a tooth with skin on. I was so put off, and all the Manager did was apologise and offered me a Cappuccino. We were so upset that we left out food at a bin outside. The least they could have done was given us a discount off our bill.
