WORST SERVICE OF MY LIFE
I made an order online 107010844602 on 26/11/2019 and till today have not received it. i have called numerous times and got no help. I have been promised a voucher... ntn. promised a refund... ntn. today I went to the shop at randburg square and was assisted by Mapula. She called the online team and spoke to Lucky. now I just received an email stating that my order was delivered God knows where and Lungi signed for it. I AM LIVID. I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND I WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH MR PRICE.

worst service ever
I placed an order on the 26/11/2019. till today I have not received it and what is more annoying is that you will spend hours calling their call center to be assisted by incompetent people. i have sent them messages on their website but have had no reply. now i have been placed on hold for over 8 minutes because clearly Krishny does not know what to say to me. another one lied to me and told me that i will be receiving my order last week already and still nothing has arrived. I am fed up. this was supposed to be a birthday gift for my friend. what is a simple process has been made to be dreadful. I want my money back. so much for paying for express door to door mxm

Bad service
I requested a quote in Dec last year an did not agree to anything. now i am told i owe them R2056.68. that is absolute BULL****. i did not agree to any of this and now im being sent emails with final demands. i have now been handed over and i want this cleared immediatly
