very disappointed with service provider service.
very bad service, i incorrectly agreed too a service and sent a cancellation request immediately, this was last year, i am still fighting to get a refund as they debited my account with registration and monthly feels for about 4 or five months. everytime i call i get a bull **** story from a call centre agent saying it will be done or it takes 40 days and then it is done it will be processed etc etc etc. dont lie to consumers!!!!!

Fruadsters trying to steal your money
Trying to steal my money. Apparently according to Loan Picker I was on there web-site in 2017 and as a result I now owe them 100s of Rands. Yet they cannot prove where I signed a debit order agreement and subsequently they haven't debited my account because they do not have my banking details. Because I never agreed to the debit. Be very careful when dealing with this company as they will steal your money for just searching for a loan and accidently clicking on their web-site

Yet they cannot prove where I signed a debit order agreement and subsequently they haven't debited my account because they do not have my banking details. Because I never agreed to the debit. Be very careful when dealing with this company as they will steal your money for just searching for a loan and accidently clicking on their web-site

Bad service
I requested a quote in Dec last year an did not agree to anything. now i am told i owe them R2056.68. that is absolute BULL****. i did not agree to any of this and now im being sent emails with final demands. i have now been handed over and i want this cleared immediatly

Fraud
I didn't apply for anything, my credentials were used fraudulently and yet they do not assist with this and call to say my account will be handed over, I want my name cleared as I didn't agree or apply for anything as my details were used without my consent.

What a bunch of miserable extortionists with no scruples or morals whatsoever!!!!They promise a non existent loan then debit your account every month and then demand payment.They hold you to ransome threatening to blacklist you.Please do not use these thieves!!!

worst customer service ever.
In December 2018 i took on the services of loan picker SA and i followed the process because i was in need of a loan urgently it it was a few days later and i received no responses from any of the loan provider that they use, so i decided to cancel the service i called in the call centre and spoke to an agent and advised i wanted to cancel. when we were done with the process of cancellation i asked am i liable for any payment she advised me no i am canceling within the time period given for cancellation, that was in December 2 months later in February Loan picker SA decides to send me an email saying that i have breached an agreement and i am now liable for payment of R1252 and i was so shocked i emailed them back as i was confused and they asked me for an email, contact number and date that i cancelled i advised them that its been 2 months i cannot remember the date or the number called because its so long ago and i requested if they could please find the call recording for that day and i heard nothing back. i was then handed over to Lifestyle Legal who are now sending me letters of final demand and court summons. this is the most ridiculous service i have ever received and the worst part is no one will assist me in finding the information they are just demanding payment, when i call the 0860 022 139 the call keeps getting cut off and no one returns my call or emails.

Scam Loan Provider Company
This is the worst company ever, asking money for No services offered, keep saying they will send me the documents, received nothing to date, never helped me with getting me a personal loan, and now they asked Lifestyle legal to to summons me for an amount of R1632,50, or they will blacklist me. If they or Lifestyle Legal are going to continue to harass me I will make use of Ingrid Meyer Attorneys to help me with this matter. I will not pay companies who offer loans and do absolutely nothing to help me with getting a Loan. This to me is a scam way of doing things, I keep paying and they do nothing.
