very bad service, i incorrectly agreed too a service and sent a cancellation request immediately, this was last year, i am still fighting to get a refund as they debited my account with registration and monthly feels for about 4 or five months. everytime i call i get a bull **** story from a call centre agent saying it will be done or it takes 40 days and then it is done it will be processed etc etc etc. dont lie to consumers!!!!!
unfortunately clicked accept on terms and conditions and account incorrectly debited after i cancelled the dubious subscription. was cancelled within 24 hours or agreement. account was debited for months, called to cancel and they say hey it is cancelled, so i ask what about a refund and danny tells me send bank account with amounts deducted, lo and behold they say to me oh its not our ref no we cant refund you. the fact that all the amounts correspond to loan pickers membership fees and registration fees is irrelevant how the hek am i suppose to know about reference numbers on an unauthorised debit!!! PATHETIC SERVICE EVERY TIME I CALL AND WHATS EVEN WORSE THEY NEVER REPLY TO EMAILS AND TRY TO GET OUT OF ACCEPTING RESPONSIBILITY FOR EVERYTHING!!!!
i registered online for virtual branch, and lo and behold my profile got blocked, so i called the call centre and the guy told me dont worry mam im sending an email to tech support youre account will be unblocked today and you will get an sms notification. a week later nothing happened i called yesterday and same thing only this time the supervisor on duty said ten to fifteen minutes and the profile will be unblocked, still nothing, i called today AGAIN and was promised the same and still nothing. annoyed to say the least as i cannot do anything online on my profile!!!!
Hi <br> my complaint is with regards to baby benefits uif, firstly i am ackermans account holder and came into contact with baby benefits as a result of that. i listed up with the company paid the funds and submitted all my documents via post, i received first payment as mentioned 6 weeks later, so i thought this is great i dont have to stress and that was it my continuation forms were never captured or received by the uif and the only replies i got were from karen not really cindy my emails were in vain. its not lekker to be promised something and then to be taken for a ride i started work on monday and i stil havent received my muny from uif!! i have had to activate and do ufiling and to re ask my gynae to sign medical certificates! i am so livid its unreal. karen was a gem but cindy to be honest her service response time is absolutely pathetic. she took the relax out of my maternity leave!!!!
