I have been waiting for 5 months to have my name cleared by DebtRescue. All my accounts have been paid up and all I need is a clearance letter from them. Everytime I follow up I am told they are waiting on one of my debtors to provide a settlement letter. The irony is I HAVE BEEN DOING THEIR JOB!!! I followed up with ALL of my debtors after DebtRescue requested settlement letters from the WRONG debtors. I pointed this out the moment I saw this. A month later absolutelty nothing was done from their end. The same story they are waiting on my debtors to send settlement letters. I proceeded to contact my debtors and within half an hour had all the letters provided but one companies' to them. The one debtor outstanding informed me they cannot provide a letter because DebtRescue needs to send the payments ledger/proof of all the payments because their records show there is still a payment outstanding and this was communicated to DebtRescue on numerous occasions. Everytime I follow up with DebtRescue Clearance Department I am told the same story they are waiting on the one debtor company and will let me know as soon as this company has responded. This after I have already done their jobs for them and they just need to respond to this company and provide the proofs of all the payments made. They are fast to take their attorney fees but NO ONE DOES THEIR JOB!!! I did my part, I paid my debt can someone at DebtRescue please do their job and get my name cleared!!!!!
I regret EVER opening a business account with this bank. I cannot begin to tell you how many times in the last two months since I have been with them have I not been able to get into my internet banking because I get blocked EVERY TIME!! We cannot conduct business like this. There seems to be a major issue with their internet banking because even after a new password is created you get blocked. There must be another way to log into an account because the current process is not working at all and is a massive frustration.
I received an sms that I was due for an upgrade. I did my upgrade and after the upgrade I received an sms stating a much higher amount for my monthly subscription. Upon contacting Vodacom Online I was informed that the reason for this is because my current contract only expires in May 2021 and I still have to pay for the existing handset PLUS the new handset until May. Nowhere during the upgrade process was I informed that my current contract only expires in May and that I will still be paying for the current handset. How can you inform a customer that they are due for an upgrade if their contract has not or is nowhere near expired yet? If I had R1445 to waste I would have taken a phone worthy of that amount. It is utter misleading informing a customer of an upgrade due but the contract is nowhere near expired and all I get from the call centre is Vodacom now allows clients to upgrade 5 months in advance. An upgrade to a contract is a renewal of that contract and the terms of the existing contracting has then expired is my understanding. Customers should not be misled in this way.
Today I want to thank Philisiwe Mabuza of Mpumalanga Department of Labour. This lady has gone above and beyond to assist me with my UIF application. She is the first person willing to assist since I submitted my UIF claim for Maternity Benefits at the end of March 2020 even when I told her I am struggling with the fax system it did not stop her from trying to help me. She is the hero of the day in my book. Thank you, thank you, thank you. My faith in the system has been restored. We need more people like Ms. Mabuza in our departments. Keep it up Ms. Mabuza!!
Worst product ever. None of my faxes go through even though my account is credited and the fax where I need to send the documents to is working. I logged a query with no response. I urgently need to send documents and I am stuck with a service which does not work. I need someone to refund me a.s.a.p.
<p>I ordered an item for a bachelorette party on the 26th of July 2016 and made payment. I received confirmation that the package was despatches for delivery two days later after I had to follow up twice. Since then i have had to follow up numerous times as I have had no communication from them I have received no delivery of the item nor have I received my refund which was promised to me would be done last week. It has now been a month later I am still to receive the item (which I do not need now) and I have followed up twice again with regards to my refund with no response yet again. This is utterly unacceptable. Please assist.</p>
