Poor customer service and workmanship
I am really unsatisfied how Permatex handle their customer relations, I had work done on my house and had to replace a few items on my house due to the poor workmanship and supervision. I have paint spllatters on my paving, my outside dustbin, my pvc piping was painted over just to mention a few and they made false promises/ commitments on a commision fee if I gave more business to them. After enquiring with them now they ignore a person flat, block my emails and dont have the decency to contact me back or pay me whats owed. I really don't wamt other people to fall in a trap which i found myself in and will never do business with this company again. I have all the evidence and emails as proof. I am not the only person complaining about this company as the google reviews will also show as evidence to this companies poor service delivery.

Poor quality fruit and veg
Fruit and veg Products are not fresh as they dont last 2 days in my fridge or cupboards. Every time i buy certain items, they are either off, parts are full of mif, produce is eaten by insects, and even items on the shelf are off or full of mif. How are they left in such a state and no supervision or inspection is being done on the products?? This is disgusting and I wont ever purchase from this store again

Poor conditioned trolleys
The trolleys are in a really bad state and are not being maintained. Wheels are falling off, handles are missing, child seats are gone i mean is this how we need to do our shopping with poorly maintained trolleys. I left a complaint to the supervisor and even she said i must complain cause nothing is being done about it?? Management really need to look into this

Faulty system/poor installation
I am not happy with the service of Tracker. They are quick to gain the business, sign a contract amd deduct the initial fees but the unit installed is faulty or the technicians arent installing the unit properly cause every time i drive my vehicle andafter i make my stop i get constant power failures, smses and phone calls telling me their is an alert but its due to their poor parts or installations. This is the 2nd vehicle which i use cartrack as my tracking provider but this is definitely the last and i wont recommend them to anyone i know. I have even emailed and phoned them and after 2 weeks still no response, no booking or no assistance. This is really pathetic of them not wanting to help but they are quick to get your money
