NO RESPONCE OR ASSISTANCE FROM CALL CENTRE. I am trying to obtain a statement as they have charged for medication not delivered i have send 7 Emails in last 14 days i have tried calling 5 times and call center agents can not get me transferred to finance or to dispensing AND WE ARE FORCED BY MEDICAL AID BONITAS TO US THIS SERVICE PROVIDER> totally poor service
My personal information and billing were given to a third party without my consent . I now get harassed by this individual . This is against the law no wonder that TELKOM is rates so poor . I have no choice than to seek legal assistants

Telephone line in business area of CBD Brakpan down for weeks we have report fault and they say a big line is down stolen or what ever . We have paid our line rental but get no service
Service is ridiculous slow.logged a call on 16 february for ADSL line that is intermittend. 9CRK160219 Surpisingly 17th at 7h30 a technician is on my doorstep - Service checked and i bearly got 2 meg on a 4meg line but i got answer that we are far from box cable is long. Thats bull **** as i had a goog run till last year November when i had the problem - So to say the least is that since November 2018 i do not get the service i am paying for - Tried switching to Fibre but its not available in our area Within the hour aftr technician left it were down again, Received call from the call center and were assured they will resend someone 18th received a call again to say call is still open complete a servery rating service as poor, Till today no more action even tried logging a new fault bus system say there is an open call. Can i get a refund for the time the line were down? or just expect a discount? I Think its time for me to do a sevey in the area and do an accumulative action against telkom for breaching of contract
i had a problem tonight with my whifes health. After i called their contracted ambhlance cervice they responded in good time BUT THEN NONE OF THE CLOSER NETWORK HOSPITALS ECCEPTED TP TAKE HER AP MEDICAL AID PATIANT. PATHETIC ARANGEMENTS FROM BONITAS WITH THEIR SRVICES THAT IN EMERGENCY THEIR NETWORK PROVIDERS DO NOT ECCEPT THEIR PAYING PATIENTS.
Since changed over in January i have complained and even begged to get notifications on claims processed even after previous complaints i had no joy in getting it resolved. gladly its close to end of year and i can change medical aid

I have been forced to go to Bonitas due to Merge from Liberty. I have got no Joy from dealing with Bonita's After so many calls I still do not get E-mail or SMS notifications on transactions, There registered docters is 5 times the distance from my house and they expect me to just fork out the exrtra transport cost not caring about the fitness of their patients.
