Very poor

Frogfoot Fibre (Margate / South Coast) - absolutely the worst I have ever worked with. We've been trying to install fibre for 2 months with several appointments. Every time there's an excuse why they can't come. They also don't update notes on their system so they always call the wrong person to gain entry. HUGELY frustrating.
