Logged a RAIN support incident on the app requesting for a change in debit order and cancellation of their WiFi services from the 14 December 2023 and to date l haven’t received any call form a consultant to assist in this regard. Reference Number: 13148826 . RAIN SLA times are pathetic.
My aunt had signed up for a contract with Vodacom. Vodacom and TechRace have been providing a service to her and when we called to cancel the service Aug 2021 they committed to send me an sms as confirmation to her old no. that the debit order was need cancelled with Absa but with TechRace a monthly fee of R77 has been charged on my aunty bank account. To date they committed to send a cancellation message and none has been sent. She was then sent this message the day we went to the Vodacom : TechTrace is gekanseleer. Ref.7-8-joja.hulle sal n sms stuur as bevestiging na **********. She has gone to her bank ABSA at different branches and confirmed the the provider TechRace needs to cancel the services from their end. To date they have been debiting her acc with R77 from the 1 Aug 2021 - 1 Jan 2023. Please for all the inconvenience caused we would like a refund back from Aug 2020 to date. I have commutes to never recommend this service provider to any of my social circles. Please assist Hello Peter

I have been struggling with my 5G Rain connectivity for 2weeks at home . Each time l call the customer Center l hold for over an hour to be assisted by an online consultant. To date no one has called me to check what is the issue. Called in last Friday and l spoke to one for the consultants who told me the Mall@Reda tower had been down. Please Hello Peter can someone assist me. I am struggling to get my work done and actually thinking of terminating this service provider as they have been such an inconvenience.
I logged a call on the 13 Nov 2022 to cancel my sister Rain subscription to date no one from Rain had called me to get this sorted . Logged an incident on their website no joy. Incident numbers: #5061942 and #5061934 . Called their customer care no. 081 610 1000 held for over 30mins no answer. Service can be really pathetic.
Payment for my sister air ticket was booked and paid on the 25 Sep and to date we have no received any documentation or communication from Travelstart. We have been making calls daily on this and all we receive is automated messages with no assistance or call back.

Planet fitness does not respond to emails at all. Been sending emails requesting my pints made for my membership and have not been receiving and feedback on this. I constantly have to phone in to find out if my payments are being allocated and properly cause Planet fitness have a tendency of not allocating . Been requesting for an updated statement for all my payments but l have to wait weeks in weeks to call in and receive this. Their payment system is not as efficient .
Malaicha.com over promise but never delivers. To datemynsuster has been querying on a reversal order from Saturday we has not be done. We have been calling the call center daily from Saturday with no assistance . Can the manager please reach out to us.
Liberty life over promise but never delivers. To date I have been enquirying why my monthly premiums are always fluctuating. I have sent requests to the consultants to assist but the collections team for Liberty life are failing to resolve my issue. This is just an inconvenience and l just wish l could cancel my policy with Liberty coz this issue has been going on since last year. To new joiners to Liberty do not sign up with them at all.
