I don't like or appreciate the reviews you guys are leaving its like you're determined to bring this company down! Yes every business is not perfect! Yes not every human being is perfect and neither are you because you complaining says you're not a very happy, patient or humble person! Also, remember very business can't always meet your exact needs at the exact moment you want it! These workers that work there are human beings just like you! They also make mistakes just like you! Be human and have some sort of understanding too! This is also someone's bread and butter imagine you feeling this and that but they also have feelings too try to be a human first before going to this extent of destroying their employees reputations as well as that of their companies!
I have never ever complained about this product! However, yesterday I had purchased a box of it from a store near to me. So I used the product today to strip the hair colour as I usually do! The reason for choosing this product was because I never had a problem using the product before. But, after my hair not getting stripped right and showing in patches means states the obvious that the product is defective... And, all I did was ask for my money back because not only is the product defective it's also not catching onto my hair and giving the slightest hint of blonde! And yet these people from the company have the audacity to call and do an interrogation call asking me question upon question trying to make me second guess myself especially now because I'm like intoxicated with medication. So , because I am doing that they are questioning me and manipulating the situation! I just want my money back because the product is not working simple and it's on top of that causing me to have a reaction! These people have no remorse, no mercy towards another human being and what did I ask for what was rightfully mine? So, I'm going to take this matter up I am going to go to the doctor and they will fit the bill as they don't see it fit or feel responsible to reimburse me for R100 they will now have to pay more once bloods and things are done to state my reaction and why
Very very disappointed it is mother's day and people buy according to their affordability but I saved up money to buy and I did not even receive my order with everything in it neither did I get the free box of chocolates that was allocated if you purchase over and above the amount of R500 so my first order came to R300 but I understood I did a second order and paid R609 minus R89 which still gave me R520 of the total value but I didn't receive the chocolates and I'm a loyal customer I'm just so disappointed
