Absolute ****mer! a friend paid R3000 up-front to get account opened and move previous owners account! He promised but did absolutely nothing for 2 months and after numerous requests still did nothing and claimed the money! He does not want to pay back the money! Please don’t use him!

Gautrain Customer support and refund
I made an enquiry to the Customer Service Department about the refund on the monthly product because of the Corona lockdown! “Given” entered into a live chat And was very friendly and helpful immediately answering to the enquiry! I therefore would like to commend the good service provided and friendly professional manner in that the refund was concluded within 5 working days from acknowledgement of the claim! Thank you for the great service Gautrain and its staff are providing!
