Good morning everyone. So I had a fantastic experience this morning. While driving thru Hatfield side Jan Shoba road. My vehicle stalled at a robot when pulling away. Started my vehicle and proceeded. Next moment I'm being sworn at and told its people like me that "f@#$ up the roads and and I need to f!@#ing wake up" I ignored him, but then he proceeded to turn on sirens continued swearing and then actually came over into my lane pushing me into the lane next to me. This was a shock to me. First-help tow truck driver, rather oldish man. Glasses and a very foul mouth. Even the lady behind me pulled up and asked me what the hell his issue is. I really hope you are very proud of all the things you called me.
I have been with mtn for over 20 years. But in the last two years the service has deteriorated to almost non existent. I have therefor opted to not upgrade with them but rather run the contract to term and then port out. What a joke. I can not get thru to the retention department at all. And even tho a request was put in with them to place the number on prepaid so I can port it seems mtn does not care. I was told to wait 30 days which I did. But got billed again, and yet again told to wait another 30 days. This is ridiculous. What must've do to get away from these money hungry criminals. My contract term is over. I want to port. Can I just get some sort of assistance from the corporate machine.
i was a nashua mobile client. Then MTN bought over all of their contracts.<br> since that happened i have been over charged, wrong product has been loaded onto my account and i can't seem to get my data that i am paying for. I have been requesting this to be rectified for 4 plus months. but yet every end of the month i receive my airtime but not my data. numerous mails have been sent, time spent in store and phone calls that gets no answers. This is frustrating as my airtime now gets depleted in a flash as i am paying for out of bundle rate on data. Tell me what i must do, to get my own back... cos one email that was received from mtn was from EILEEN VAN WYK quotes \The account iss up to date< what is the problem"so this means i have to be in arrears before i will get assistance. Ridiculous.... but yet i get phoned to tell me i am due for upgrade. i dont want to change service provider but it seems i might have to as no one knows whats going on...."""
