After I retired I app**** on line to clam my UIF. After few months passed with no success I decided to try the service of noquif,which I incidentally found on Google. Karen has been very professional and extremely helpful. I wouldn't persist if it wasn't for her.She resubmitted my documents a few times, followed up on the progress even when I was ready to give up.After 2 years struggle I received my clam and I am extremely grateful to Karen for her assistance.
Terrible experience I am very disappointed with this company. On the day we were supposed to leave for Kruger National my 88 years old mom fell and broke her hip.Afer I phoned the ambulance I contacted the hotel and the Viator .Both had no refund policy but the management of the hotel did provide empathy and offered us voucher to book later .Viator however refused any assistance. The terms and conditions stayed 24 hours prior the trip I can have full refund. I phoned 22 hours prior the trip with request and unforeseen medical emergency and no understanding at all. The legal point of view and the moral point of view are different for the hotel and for Viator.The game drive company could offer delay of the trip as well. I definitely will not recommend Viator to anyone and I will never make a booking with them aswell.
Shoking service at a 5 hotel .What a disappointment. The platted dinner was a desaster. 2 hours waiting for the kids food to arrived .The fish was off and smelling. We ask to replace it with chicken to be told sorry they don't have it. Lamb shanks were on the menue but they were not available , but everyone around us was having lamb shankes served .When we approached the manager Simon Coper he appologised that he spoiled my birthday ( which I planed 2 months ago )and said we are not the only people to complain tonight .
