I ordered a table on 22 Nov 2023, on 29 Nov 2023 the table left their depo in Boksburg with Fastway couriers. For the next 2 days I received notice that my parcel is out for delivery. On 1 December I called Fastway and confirmed at 11:57 that the parcel is with their driver and will be delivered before 3pm. At 3:30 I called again and this time Fastway said the table was still at their depo. No apologies just they can delivery the next day. I explained that I needed the item on 1 Dec and that I was also in Johannesburg so delivery should not take 3 days. I then emailed SupplyWise and complained about the situation which I followed up with another email over the weekend. Now it's Monday afternoon I get notified the parcel is delivery, most likely back to SupplyWise but not a response from SupplyWise. Stay away from both these companies...my money is gone and no one cares!
I always loved the convenience of using PnP online; orders were mostly correct, with few out of stock. However, when items are delivered incorrectly, is such a fight to get your money back. Usually, I log a ticket, and the matter is resolved, not this time. I ordered four bags of Etosha Triquettes 5kg that was not supp**** in my last order. We made a note on the delivery note, and the driver acknowledged that the products were not in his van, instead, the wrong products (bag of wood and briquettes) were supp**** and returned to the driver. I have logged several requests to have the matter resolved, these are simply closed and asked me to rate the service, when I follow up the response is that they will escalate it to the store.
We ordered a custom sideboard in Nov 2022. After visiting his house we paid a 70% deposit. Being told many stories of why the item was not complete we gave up and asked for our deposit back mid March 2023. To date nothing was refunded and he keeps promoting his business on Facebook, please don't fall for this guy's stories. He uses the name Blackwood timber and Blacktimber wood. With a trail of disappointed customers I am surprised he keeps doing this.
