Worst insurance I have had to deal with.
Logged another claim for a leaking pipe in the roof, it's day 2 and water is filling up the room and damaging the ceiling. No call from anyone to give ETA on plumber and this has now damaged my electric box which connects the gate motor. I am done.

Worst experience
Logged a claim, I am in the 2nd week and no one is responding to any comms. Car has been standing to be towed to the panel beater. 2nd week and waiting.
