BM THATCHERS
BM Thatchers were assisgned to repair the Thatch on the house that we are renting due to a hailstorm on behalf of Outsurance. <br> <br> I need to advise you that thier staff went through our personal draws and ate sweets and chocolates out of the draws. They also stole my fianc?'s watch from the drawers in the bedroom. This is a total invasion of our privacy and is not acceptable. The watch was found on the truck when we informed Mathys regarding this, however this is still a problem if our privacy gets invaded. <br> <br> On top of this the workers have broken the servants quarters toilets and nothing has been done about that.<br> They have also trampled the garden beds terribly. <br>

Moving with Megashift Logistics
We moved home on the 31st January this year. Our move was booked for 10 am that morning. When they did not arrive at ten I called at 10:15 and no one was answering the calls on the numbers I was provided with. Eventually I got hold of the office at around 11. They had still not arrived. After excuse and ignoring my calls etc, eventually they arrived to move my home at 7pm in the evening. 9 HOURS LATER. <br> <br> We got to the new house around 11 that evening and it was raining. They refused to move the furniture out of the OPEN TRAILER (as they did not bring a truck enough until I paid the 50% balance in cash. Which meant that my furniture was sitting outside in the RAIN. When they finally moved the furniture out the truck and trailer they just dumped most of the furniture and also broke many items such as tables, beds, table tennis table etc. Such bad attitude. After emails to them they still wont take the blame and I haven't even had a call from management to apologise for being 9 hours late. It was the worst move I have ever had in my entire life. When I queried their insurance for broken items they advised its only in the event that they get hijacked. NEVER USE THEM EVER!!
