Disastrous Experience with Gas Matters - Stay Away!
I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Gas Matters and David. The gas geyser he installed for my specific setup turned out to be completely incorrect and unsuitable. As a result, I’ve been enduring lukewarm baths and low-pressure showers ever since. It’s a nightmare! What’s worse is David’s complete lack of professionalism and accountability. He promised to call me the next day to address the issue, but he never bothered to pick up any of my calls, despite me trying over ten times. I even resorted to sending him ten WhatsApp messages, and not a single reply was received. It’s clear that customer service is not a priority for him. To top it all off, David was remarkably prompt in collecting the final payment, even before properly testing the system. It’s a blatant disregard for the quality of his work and the satisfaction of his customers. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against using David or Gas Matters for any gas installation needs. The subpar installation, lack of communication, and overall poor service are a recipe for frustration and disappointment. Save yourself the trouble and find a reliable and competent gas installer elsewhere.

Avoid this company
Best Gutters should be called Worst Gutters. Very quick to quote and finish work. Work was sub standard and when the rains came and our offices were flooding they were not interested in dealing with the crisis. The damaged the water proofing, wouldn't take responsibility, never even bothered to return phone calls. Sent WhatsApps to Johan, emails. We just paid a lot to repair their work and to fix up the flooded office. Avoid this company at all costs
