This company has the worst service you can think of. I have phoned in twice after I logged a claim 20 January 2026 with promises that someone will come back to me. Nobody came to me once, I think these people are just out for it to get your money and not honor claims. If I could give them a 0 I would gladly do so.
Call was made 30 January to collect faulty business printer for repairs. Received quote 3 Feb on which my assistant gave them permission to go ahead with repairs. Numerous phone calls was made with a lot of excuses and blaming everyone else for the delay. I phoned service manager 11 Feb and after that I received the invoice to pay with a promise of speedy delivery. The invoice was paid 12/2 and again numerous phone calls and email, still no answer when the printer will be delivered. I have never in my live experienced such poor service from such a well known company in my life. Needless to say our company will NEVER make use of these people again.
