I purchased a used car from the dealership at the beginning of February 2021. The service that I have received from the staff including the Sales Manager and Dealer Principal is absolutely pathetic. I have had to constantly follow up with them for outstanding items ( Natis papers in my name, issue with passenger side front door and issue with the back seat clip) and today have only had one issue sorted ( back seat clip). Even after a meeting with the dealer principal about the communication issues, I still don't get any feedback as promised.
I had contacted the call centre 5 times this week with regards to reactivation of my dad's account. The first 3 times I was told it will be done, no issues. The 4th time I called, now furious after the previous attempts, I was told of a system upgrade that been an issue the whole week and so it cannot be reconnected. I then asked to speak to a supervisor however none was available, in a meeting( still haven't been contacted). I then phoned again and spoke to Wandile, he then proceeded to argue with me after I tried to vent my disappointment at being told different stories and still not resolution. I was then told a supervisor (Layton Coetzee) is busy solving another customer issue and will contact me(still waiting for this). Obviously you'll don't care enough to help resolve issue. I was told to email proof of payment ( which I didn't select when making the payment as I never needed it before) or my bank statement. I refuse to send my bank statement due to the other information there. I was then told to go the Randburg office, show my payment and it will be resolved there. I then did that, but was told I can't just show them the proof I have to send my statement as they don't know
