The worst there is. Very careless with young people's careers and lives. Misspelled my child's names on her certificates, we've been following up since last year until today!!! This means that the child cannot apply for internships or employment, we only have to wait with little to no feedback from them. Cherry on top? The pictures from graduation are still outstanding also. The worst experience for a young life trying to build their lives!
<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>I joined your medical aid service last year and since then have been requesting documentation along with a medical aid card, until today. I have been calling and e-mailing and yet nothing. Funny thing is I receive all my other mail at my address except your, the last time I spoke to a lady who my query had been escalated to...she promised to send me an electronic card and have the card delivered. Until today, worst is that she went and closed the query as though it had been solved. I just got off a very long call to find out what my benefits are, simply because I am yet to receive anything from you but you know the exact date to go for debits. This is unbecoming, your medical aid was highly recommeneded but I doubt I will recommend it myself. </p>
It has been months going back and forth looking for my contract simcard replacement until this day. I then stopped payment as I had also e-mailed complaining about this, I make the payment then now the simcard is suspended and with the way that these people operate they have probably handed the damn account over without making contact with me or any consideration. I would like to have this damn contract cancelled as soon as possible because also as of this day my last e-mail has not been responded to. <br> <br> I would like nothing more to do with MTN
