My contract was due to expire end of March 2016, on 17th of January I went to N1 city to cancel my contract, they fax through the application of cancellation and printed me the transmission. In April I received another billing statement, when I phoned customer care they advise me my contract was not cancel i need to go back to the store. I went back to the store where the store advise me it is not their problem because they have sent it through, I need to contact cancellation. This is unacceptable because the email of cancellation does not get answered either.
On Sunday the 15th I went to Sunflower Hair salon to have my highlights done, they started to tint my roots which is not the usual process for highlights, after many tries and seven hours i left the salon with my scalp been burning and yellow hair, I had to put in unpaid leave for the Monday to go and rectified my hair at the salon that cost me another R900, after I had to pay R900.00 at Sunflower already, few days after that my scalp sarted peeling from the burning, Mishka send me an email asking form my bank details, they phone to offer a treatment which I was not interested in because the day the other salon saw my hair they send me home with products to try to rescue my scalp and the dryness of my hair, I am utterly disgusted in the service and the no feedback, i want my money back that I spend to make right their mess.
