POOR PRODUCT AND DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE
We ordered a 3 piece modular couch on the 4th April 2024. 2 of the units arrived damaged. We were advised there was no replacement stock and it would be available in two weeks. 2 weeks became 4 weeks, which then became 8 weeks. We were then advised it would best case be a further 4 weeks ( 12 weeks Total ). At this point we decided to pay in and replace the couch with the leather model. The leather couch arrived with a broken right arm rest. This was reported to customer care and a replacement was then ordered. When the replacement unit arrived Cielo had shipped the left side instead of the right side. This was then replaced once again. We now have a right side which is 30mm lower than and the other 2 units and the seams are out by 60mm. This has been a 5 month process, we are fed up. To top this off... several messages have been left with customer care and to date no manager has bothered to return our call.

I purchased an in stock LTE-A service and router Thursday 08 FEB ( 3 - 5 Delivery Period ). As it was urgent I spoke to support prior who confirmed that normal delivery is 2 days although advertised at 3 - 5. Over the next 12 days... First i was told the transaction didn't process... Then i was told they had not stock... Then they have no control of their suppliers... Then they would provide an in term replacement... Then i was told it will arrive tomorrow... Then Soon... Then maybe in a couple days... Then your request has been escalated.... Then sorry all the mangers are in meetings... Then maybe it will arrive tomorrow... It has now been 13 days... left several messages with both support and manager Karen Charlton ( Financial Director ) to no avail. They have however charged me for the unit and are currently billing me for data! Honestly, they are a disgrace!

SCAM!
<p>Bought several items in November 2016. Nothing delivered yet. Phones down, website down, emails down etc even the new FB page is now also down. We must take legal action, cannot let them get away with this theft.</p>
