I have waited and waited for someone at SACE to reply to my emails. I submitted application in August. Got a notice that one document was outstanding. I have submitted it and informed them via email that I have submitted it, but no reply. This department is inefficient, a waste of our government's recourses. Their telephone numbers are not in service so you cant speak to a person. One cannot fly to Pretoria or Durban to go to their offices. They make things incredibly difficult and frustrating. Please sort out this practically useless department.
I just happened to come across their website looking for a black Friday deal. I enquired online about prices as well as what kind of mattress we were looking for. We placed our order and received confirmation right away. Jan kept me in the loop the whole time right up to delivery. Thanks for making this so easy for us. Even the driver called me a few times to confirm their delivery date. They didn't make the Tuesday delivery, but I was informed by the driver they would deliver Wed and they absolutely did. Very polite and professional, the whole team. Thanks so much.

I have already told you that I have spoken to you folk and have been trying to cancel mine and my brothers account since 9 may. Ive been promised that the cancellation will be backdated and charges reversed. I refuse to pay telkom for an account I have already given a months notice for. For goodness sakes, can someone there just do there job and cancel my account. I have emailed, I have phoned and I keep hearing the same story.. I was even told that my account was cancelled... then why am I still getting accounts. Come on telkom, really.. get your act together. I have read so many complaints like this.. <p>I have been trying to cancel mine and my brothers telkom account since 9 May. Its now July and still, my account is active and I am being billed. I have called Telkom and spoken to Khanye who said to email her, which I did and nothing.. I called again and spoke to Shevon, who said she will escallate it (as did Khanye) and back date the cancellation so that we wont be billed.. and still, we both received accounts. I am so tired of dealing with Telkom!!! Just cancel my account. I will not pay the account as I gave you my months notice in MAY!!!!! Sort out you stuff Telkom.</p>
<p>These ppl phone me every day up to 20 times a day from numbers all over the country. They messaged me to say i need to make payment on my IDENTITY account. I have never opened an identity account, so they are contacting the wrong person. They do not even message you with proof, they dont use your name, your ID or even mention where you apparently made such debt!!! Stop calling me!!!</p>
